Hatim pretends to be the CEO, a one man show with promises, luring you in for an upfront fee and completely ghostes you.
Refund? hahaha...what refund?
He never answers.
Shameful human being.

Hatim Oubardane is a scam artist. This "company" provided a written contract that guaranteed a full refund if no fundraising was obtained and then failed to follow through. Currently in the process of suing Capitalista, but their email is undeliverable and he disconnected his phone number, ostensibly due to all of the legal action being taken against him.

This company, despite flashy profiling, turned out to be a one man show based in Morocco.
Our first hint that this was not going to work was through a financial scheme suggested to go through an unregulated entity although activity is regulated in the relevant jurisdiction, with unclear deliverables and roles in the presented transaction. As such, despite trying to clarify the service and financial product, we had to cancel all further engagement. The stiff upfront fee was not refunded. Impossible to recommend further.

The acquisition had been stuck for months. Capitalista stepped in, mapped out the obstacles, and negotiated directly with all stakeholders. We closed on time, under budget, and with stronger terms than originally offered.

We opened the data room on a Friday. By Monday noon the lead investor called it ‘textbook.’ Due diligence closed two weeks ahead of schedule.

Every spreadsheet, term‑sheet, and appendix landed in perfect order. Our auditors had zero follow‑ups—first time that has ever happened.

The acquisition of a 2M condor was successful, despite the lengthy process we had to go through. The Capitalista team helped and made it easier for us to make this happen. Their service is highly recommended, and we will definitely work with them again
