Wrong items delivered. I correct and the other 2 for a different make of trampoline. Very disappointing

This is the best trampoline we’ve ever bought and the kids love it. Very strong and sturdy. It is made to a high quality and the kids are 100% safe. Although the price is higher than other in ground trampolines we would definitely recommend!

Good comms regarding delivery and a Great trampoline with clear installation instructions.

Sadly the trampoline did not come with the ordered membrane, however one phone call and capital play immediately refunded the cost.

Otherwise i would give 5 stars, would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic trampoline with great build quality. Would definitely use Capitalplay again.

The purchase was straight forward although we had to organise our own delivery/courier to Northern Ireland which would be the only downside to the purchase. Luckily we found a very good courier who was able to pick up and deliver for us. The kids (11 and 8 yr olds) are delighted with the trampoline and have been enjoying it every day for hours!

Very impressed with the speed of delivery, communication and customer service. I ordered a trampoline basket ball hoop as a last minute present for my sons birthday and e-mailed the company to ask if it could be delivered in time for it. They were so helpful, emailed me the next day to say it should be with me the following day, which meant it got here for my sons birthday. He was so pleased and love his new trampoline accessory. It was fairly straight forward to put up, you only need to make 4 very small holes in the netting but this does not affect the overall integrity of the net. The basket ball hoop itself is if very good quality. Since getting this both my sons have spent much more time on the trampoline! Would highly recommend.

Seriously impressed with Capital Play. Had a lovely experience ordering with a fabulous lady for whom nothing was too much trouble. Received a superfast phone call in reply to a query and delivery was much quicker than we had anticipated with up to date tracking and a great courier. Would have no reservation to recommend as a 5* company (and I'm really, really fussy!).

We bought the rectangle North trampoline 10 x 15ft. I talked to customer service over the phone numerous times as I needed it for a specific date is it was for my sons birthday, they were more than helpful. The assembly took us 3-4 hours with my husband it wasn’t hard, very clear instructions on youtube, but you can pay extra and they will assemble it for you, but if you have 2 people you can do it yourselves. I highly recommend the company and the North trampoline too, the quality is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would!
