Capitex Group レビュー

I had an urgent requirement to make an international currency transaction. Lew and his team made what could have been a difficult situation happen quickly and efficiently whilst communicating clearly at each stage along the way.

Thanks to Lew for working through some Tech issues with me. Great response and managed to get everything moved from sterling to euro quickly to take advantage of the recent attractive rates.

Lew and the team at CapitexFX Currency Cloud have been a great help on multiple occasions. Responding quickly when needed, making complex transactions simple, and generally providing a great service. Good people to work with.

iRed Ltd have been using the excellent services of Capitex for many years now and I have no hesitation in providing this review. With Lew at the helm, they have consistantly executed all our international money transfers in an expeditious and trouble free manner.

I was introduced to Capitex by a third party. Throughout my association with Capitex (Lew Moore) my experience has been excellent. They listen, advise and then action as you require with the minimum of fuss and hassle. They also keep you well informed of progress. Overall I have been well pleased with my interactions with them and would recommend them to anyone requiring services such as theirs.

Great partners, very efficient way to send and receive money all over the world with better rate than bank and very fast. Thanks again!

I have now made several transactions with Capitex and found their online portal so convenient and easy to use. Any issues I have I can call easily and talk to the same person every time. Rates are competitive. Highly recommend.

First class service from Capitex from start to finish. We send payments daily to various companies and clients as we specialise in removals around Europe and have been doing so for years. We have NEVER had one missed payment or delay, they are the only FX company we trust to handle our payments. Fantastic company and friendly staff, highly recommend.

I have worked with Capitex FX and Lew Moore specifically as my account manager for the last 12 months. The level and quality of advice and service has been first class. Lew is a very likeable individual and whilst he is obviously a broker there to do his job, he is genuine, very honest and flexible and you get a real sense he puts his clients their personal situation first. Lew has been extremely supportive in helping me with FX hedging and has excellent domain expertise and market knowledge. He has provided very sound advice and we have established a working partnership that will now continue going forward.

From the start I was unsure about using any foreign exchange banks as never used one before !! But Joe guided me through it and gave me all the options along with their good and bad points on each option. I exchanged a large sum of money and got the going market rate and everything went very smoothly
I will use them again and thank you for all your help
Regards
Brian

Top effort, every time
After a number of conversations with Capitex FX we decided to trial their services for funds payable to Malaysia. Each time we have used the service, it is quick, efficient and with favourable rates that are more attractive than our bank, PayPal and other similar currency agencies we use. There was a minor error on one of the transactions, I made a call to Louis who sorted the issue quickly and professionally. The fx process itself was quick, seamless, supported from start to finish with emailed updates and funds were received by our supplier within the next working hour.
We would recommend the team at CapitexFX to anyone who may need to move currency around the world.

I have referred several of my clients to Capitex FX and all of them have sung their praises.

They have all said how professional and personable the team is and they could not ask for a better service.

The team at Capitex Fx has been remarkable, very professional and efficient in carrying out all transactions in forengn currencies. Their services are top notch and I would have no hessitation in recommending Capitex FX to people that I know.
