nobody there to answer phone
Want to purchase malpractice insurance and their website says they can provide it quickly.
I have attempted to call them for the past 4 hours and cant get a human to talk to and start the process.

Malpractice Insurance Done Right
Obtaining malpractice insurance has traditionally been painful, expensive and difficult to understand, but I can confidently say Capson has made the process painless, but most importantly very simple and understandable. The actual service offered is leaps and bounds above the other large companies that treat you like a number. I would strongly recommend Capson to any physician.

Fast and efficient. No lengthy paperwork. I have never really had to use Capson.
I have never really had to use Capson. But I found the renewal process and paperwork vey simple and straight forward and prompt.
