Capsule CRM - Excellent
We use Capsule CRM as one of the core functions of managing our Customers, Quotes, Invoices and Workflow, integrated with the Xero accounting suite, and the Square payment platform. Capsule is easy to use, highly affordable and richly functional. The seamless integration of Capsule with Xero reduces our quoting and invoicing workload.

I've been using Capsule for many years, it's been great to seem them grow and add features as the years have passed. The interface is nice and lightweight, really clean, I never get lost in it, unlike other platforms.

They are refusing to pay for the Twitter API, meaning they've removed the feature. We pay enough in subscription fees for them to afford it, should be adding new features not removing them. Poor. Will cancel for my entire organisation if it isn't brought back.

To be honest, almost everything is amazing! It's user friendly, interface is simple and not "over-designed", It's almost perfect. I'm on the free plan and I'm having the time of my life. When I do upgrade (which I plan to), it is definitely worth it!
One thing tho: I know you have capsule form feature which could be embedded on external personal websites. However, most of us use third party marketplace platforms to host our products and services even though we use custom domains. So we cannot really use this feature.
In light of this, a stand-alone (no code) form link feature (similar to google form links) that allows clients to directly provide their information to capsule so that their details are automatically registered on capsule after a purchase and they get automated onboarding emails? That will make my life 100% easier.
I'd just copy/paste that capsule form link and use as a redirection after every purchase.
Right now, I'm having to enter them manually and it's an administrative hell for me and my team!
If you could look into this and actually integrate it, that will be amazing.

I love using Capsule because it helps keep you very organized. You can see yours and others daily tasks at a glance and can add tasks for others as well. The home page lets you see what is happening in your company and the whole software is very user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy. My favorite part is checking off tasks, such a accomplished feeling!

We have been Capsule customers for nearly three years and love it. Very simple and easy to use. It took us a few hours to customise for our business processes (compared to 12 months of expensive consultants time it took at my previous job for Salesforce!).
We love the Office 365 integration.
Just started to use the Transpond marketing automation integration which is lovely.
Excited about the Workflow automation but not used that yet.

I use Capsule for several of my clients as it's easy to use and anyone can use this CRM system. I love that it shows all of the client's details on the profile page from invoices, pipelines, tasks, and e-mail trails. Everything is in one place making navigation easy. It has several integration options and has clearly defined tags, opportunities, and Project sections.

Capsule is by far the best application I have used to help me manage all areas of my business.
Capsule allows me to capture the organisations I interact with, track, prioritise and schedule my daily tasks, identify and follow with my sales prospects (and provide me with the projected potential earnings), as well allow me to see the progression of my individual Projects all from the one interface.
