Pqid 0.99€ for report, received nothing. Noting that others considerate it a subcription, though no mention when you pay initial cost, have cancelled by email and informed bank not to pay any further requests for payment.
Secondly on page before payment car was identified as different model to what it actually is!

Habe mehrere Fahrzeuge vor dem Kauf überprüft und dabei Unstimmigkeiten bei Ausstattung und Historie entdeckt. Hat mir wirklich geholfen, eine bessere Entscheidung zu treffen.

Very bad experience. I paid €0.99 for a VIN report and never received it. After that, I was charged €49.99/€50 for a subscription I did not clearly agree to. Support first said they could refund both charges, but later refused the subscription refund. I do not recommend this service. SCAM.

I'm surprised reading the reviews here. The subscription price for the information you get and how many reports are available on the portal as a member is great value for money! Yes some vehicles may return less data but most my checks were fairly complete and support helps with missing data

Totaler Betrug!
Einen Fahrzeugbericht bekommt man sehr mager für 1,99 € Eine Woche später werden 49,99 € abgebucht - für nichts. Support ist vorhanden aber sie lösen nichts.
Betrag wurde über Amazon Visa zurückgefordert, lässt aber auf sich warten.

NIEMALS WIEDER!

Ich hatte einen Fahrzeugbericht angefordert, mich angemeldet/registriert und dann bezahlt.
Der Report wurde nicht geliefert, ich fand lediglich einen Button für den Report mit der ständigen Aufschrift "processing".
Das Support Team meint nur lapidar, es wäre mein Fehler und dass ich mich angeblich vor Abschluss der Bestellung mit falschen Daten angemeldet hätte und ich müsste neu kaufen!
So etwas nenne ich klar und deutlich "Betrug"!
KEINE DIENSTLEISTUNG ERHALTEN!

Wir kaufen regelmäßig Fahrzeuge in Deutschland an. Dabei stoßen wir immer wieder auf US-Importe mit problematischer Vorgeschichte – teilweise sogar ehemalige Unfall- oder Hochwasserschäden aus Auktionen. Durch die Nutzung mehrerer Fahrzeugberichte konnten wir solche Fälle frühzeitig erkennen.

Totaler Betrug!
Einen Fahrzeugbericht bekommt man nie. 0,99 € habe ich autorisiert. Eine Woche später werden 49,99 € abgebucht - für nichts. Support ist nicht vorhanden. Bin gespannt, ob PayPal meinen Konflikt lösen kann. Denen sollte man die Bude anzünden. Leider erst zu spät gelesen, dass die in Kolumbien sitzen. Viecher!

I had payed 0,99 for a report. They send me an empty file. One week later they used my credit card to make an unauthorised payment of 49,99. I had to block my card and I am now waiting to see if I will receive my money back from the creditcard company.

Terrible company. Failed to give me any kind of lookup on my Vin, charged me a buck despite advertising free lookup, and then charged me $50 the following week claiming I subscribed.

Emailing them resulted in empty promises, currently disputing charges with my credit card company.

They advertise a free report but then charge you for it, spam your email, and never send you the report. Complete scam.
