They can’t improve as they sell problematic cars at full price.brought a car lasted less the 24 hours

Avoid at all costs. Brought a car last night and it stopped working this morning didn’t even last for 24 hours !!! Company is a joke

Allan was our point of call and very helpful indeed. Got the car we wanted at a fair price and drove away the same morning.
The company would 'like' you to purchase through HP but not insistent and would 'like' to sell the extra add ons such as warranty but understood and didn't put too much pressure on us.
We had a lovely Portuguese gentleman tat helped with the paperwork once purchase was being processed who was beyond helpful as I was having difficulty contacting my insurance company. He went way beyond what he needed to to assist me.

We were looked after by Jatin and he managed to arrange test drives for the cats we wanted to see. When we selected the car, he helpfully explained all the options and the process. On the whole a good experience.

If a company spend it's entire energy selling scrap and presenting like it's good to drive to customers then a 2 min review could save customers thousands from these misleading criminals who are allowed to sell shite and lie about it too. The ombudsman needs to get more involved

Do not buy a car from here. I bought a car from here and two days later there is problems with the car. I paid over 24 thousand for it called them up about the problem and they don’t care. Aftercare is telling me I have to wait 1 month till they can have a look at my car and try to fix it. Very unprofessional and rude after I’ve spent all that money on my car.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience -avoid!

I am extremely disappointed with the way we have been treated by this company.

Firstly, they carried out a hard credit check without our knowledge or proper consent. We only found out when we checked Experian and saw that our credit score had been affected. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of transparency.

Secondly, they took £500 from my husband as a deposit. When we made it clear that we were unhappy with the interest rate being offered, both the colleague we were dealing with and the manager explicitly told us that the £500 would be refunded.

Since then, we have repeatedly called and chased them regarding our money, but our calls are being ignored and the £500 still has not been refunded. We should not have to keep chasing them for money that we were clearly told would be returned.

On top of all of this, we were kept there for the entire day. We watched people come and go while we were left waiting around, which was a complete waste of our holiday and our valuable time. The way we were treated throughout the day was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. We went there expecting a straightforward and professional car-buying experience, but instead we left feeling ignored, misled and badly treated.

I would never trust them again to buy a car — especially not the Watford branch. In our experience, the promises made by the staff and management were not honoured, and we were left chasing them for our money. A complete lack of honesty, transparency and professionalism.

Think twice before dealing with this branch.

The staff were all very helpful. From reception staff always checking if everyone had been seen, to the sale assistants.

Very bad service, poor customer service terrible service after sale is done sold me a number plate and received a different number plate. Sale person Edu has attitude is rude and arrogant. Jordan rather argue then do his job.. would never recommend to anyone don’t ever use Car plant

CAR NOT CLEANED PAPERWORK NOT READY , WAITED 3.5 HOURS FOR HANDOVER , REPAIRS NOT CARRED OUT CORRECTY CAR TO GO BACK AND BE WORKED ON ,SPARE KEY NOT CHECKED AS DOES NOT WORK ,

I took my boys along as they were excited about buying a new car. The salesman was engaging, polite and conversational during the test drive.
When I agreed that I wanted to buy the car, I was given a tour of the optional extras I could purchase, but the hard (and I mean hard) sell was on the warrenty which started at well over £1000 per year (elsewhere I've managed to get this around £500).
If you want to part exchange a vehicle they will offer you something ridiculously below the market value, for me this was £1500 below (on a £5,000 car) and miraculously when I moaned for an hour it increased to the minimum value. The salesman said he'd really worked hard for me to get that (bulls**t).
On the evening I was due to pick up the vehicle I waited an hour before I yelled into a crowded room to get some attention, along with the other 8 people waiting. This was at 19:50 whe the garage shuts at 21:00. I eventually left at 21:20 after the most amount of paperwork I've ever seen.
I made the grave mistake of not doing a final check of the vehicle and missed that the charging lead was missing. So far I have sent 12 messages, called 3 times and in spite of all the promises have not seen a replacement for the missing lead.
In my opinion, buying a car should be a pleasure and on the whole, I did not enjoy this experience.
When the time comes to replace my car I will avoid the car supermarkets and head to a local garage.
I would like to add that the young lady behind the reception was extremely helpful, polite and the best thing about Car Planet Watford.
