This company will not succeed due to its dishonesty about its product. The materials were the worst quality and there is nothing but lies and false advertising in this rag they are putting out.

I’d give them a zero if I could. Don’t waste money. Bras are wrong size and they won’t take their items back. If you want to throw $60 in the garbage order from them.

I would rate them at a "0". I ordered my bra back in June and still haven't received it. Still shows to be in transit and you can't find a phone number or anything on this company. IT'S A SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

this product is a joke! I ordered 4 bras and not anyone one of them were the right size. The material was cheap. It raveled after the first use.

I would actually rate them 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. This is a scam!!! Stay away! Ordered the bra as I was looking for good support and Caralush advertises the best support and 100% guarantee. Ordered a 34D and received a size XL. The cups were way too small, no support at all, and material is flimsy. Forget that 100% guarantee and return/refund they offer. That’s as big of a joke as the bra is!

Ordered 36DDD, got 4XL! Clearly they do not understand sizing. So much for lift and support. I didn’t order a loose crop top!

Bra size does not match advertised chart.
Contacted customer support and requested to exchange for next size up (too much cleavage revealed)
Feedback....if went size up would need to increase band size. Not an option for me. If I went a size up in the band, bra would be too big/loose.
As far as attempt to exchange, was informed no exchange but I could (not exchange) but get a partial refund or 50% off next order! WTW???

I would say like half a star, the product is crap and the size is extremely to small. I did my research but evidently not good enough. These come from china and to return they want a picture of you in the product. That disgusting. Why would I lie? I don’t want these cheaply made bras and to return I have to pay. But if they had been ordered on amazon they are 12.99 and returning is free. Worst product ever. Don’t waste your time.

What an absolute piece of crap these bras are! Not at all like they are pictured. DO NOT WASTE your money on these. Rather than deal with a refund after reading all the reviews and issues with refunds, I threw mine away! What I got was not how I measured and the bra is horrid!

Got my 38c bra and it was a 2x no support nothing like the advertisement never again

Very deceitful, I am a triple D, my breasts just sank with these bras . I would not recommend them to anyone.

Not pleased!! I guess I should have checked reviews. Very cheaply made bra and cups were totally twisted after washing!! It’s junk now. Never again buy from Fb ad🤯

Poor quality materials and not at all what was demonstrated. Email said not available. Phone calls not answered, and no place for a message. Refund only available as a partial towards future purchases. SCAM!

This company is a scam. They have a shipping info center saying they ship from US and also from around the world. If shipped from an international warehouse you should have your order within 15 days but 92.5% of there orders arrive before the 15 days. The first update I got said I’d get my order in 14 - 21 days. A scam from beginning to end.

Whatta scam. The return options, were an exchange or 50% back & a deal on another bra. No full refund was even offered. The bras fit poorly, as they are generic sized as S,M,L etc, despite ordering your actual cup size. They absolutely DO NOT support, either.
Horrible product & even worse customer service.

Please be warned and don’t order from this fake company, CARALUSH. The material and size are totally opposite of what’s advertised. I ordered a sz36C, received a 2XL. The material is cheap and doesn’t support any size breast The company’s address is 770 Walnut Creek Drive NW, Lilburn, GA 30047, which is an hour from my home address but the tracking from May to June 14, 2025 was no where in GA.

Worst bras ever! A day of shopping this bra wound up around my neck! Funny but not funny! Not straps for adjusting, and the bra rides up, Almost to my neck. This bra is a joke!

Not worth $0.01 in value it has no support at all its like I don't even have a bra on, it's TRASH. I'm a big busted women and I bought a rather large size bra. This is the worse bra I have ever brought. The front fasten bras with adjustable fastened straps I get from TEMU is 100x better then this. I requested a REFUND the same day they arrived. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
But I must say and give them credit for my refund process, I sent them a email that was responded to within 24 hours. I was offed 50% REFUND and keep the product and 50% off on the purchase of a future purchase. I declined this offer and asked for a full refund, now I did not receive a reply so I called, they could see my email correspondence with the rep that had written to me I asked them for information on how to send the product back for a full refund, that info was sent within seconds along with an offer to get 70% REFUND and keep the product. I opted for this offer instead of the time and headache and cost to return the product. Within hours I was able to see the pending REFUND on my credit card. Hopefully my return process helps someone else.... 1-877-778- 8353 phone number I used for contacting Caralush.

This is absolutely the WORST bra I have ever put on !!! Total fraud and NOTHING like the ads ! I really wish I had read all the reviews before spontaneously ordering after falling for their false advertising. Unbelievable how horrible this bra is . I wear 38 E and the cups are more for a D cup but the whole design of the bra is just awful! Zero support and horrible everything ! I know the return process has been made to be impossible so I totally wasted $40 . DO NOT BUY THIS “ BRA “

I was very disappointed that they do not pay for return shipping. This is a terrible bra. The straps slide down and the bra rides up over my chest every time I raise my arms. I tried it twice, making all the adjustments I could possibly make and it's just terrible. I would return it but obviously I'm not going to pay to return it.
