First of all, the ring is absolutely stunning and the service was even better. This was my first time purchasing a ring at this level, so naturally I was quite careful and selective throughout the process.

Raiha and her team were incredible from start to finish. From the initial contact all the way through to delivery, they were attentive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the experience special. Their communication was excellent, and they made me feel confident every step of the way.

One detail that truly stood out was the handwritten letter included with the ring. It’s a small touch, but one that’s so often overlooked, and it made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful.

I decided to purchase a diamond from CaratEU. They have a plentiful selection of stones of all shapes & sizes to find anything you would ever even think of. The pricing is pretty aggressive which is the primary reason I chose them in the first place.
