The delay in my vehicle being ready for collection was attributed to the car requiring a new set of tyres and that there was difficulty locating a supplier. Hmmm. Fair enough, although I now had to hire another car while waiting. But then finally got the Tesla.... and NO NEW TYRES in sight - someone's telling porkies !!!!!

Carbar's own policy says "As part of our agreement, tyre suppliers have been instructed to replace your vehicle's tyres with the same brand and specifications supplied when the vehicle was new."

But apparently they don't really mean this :(

Also I had to wash the car and vaccum it as well cause it was not cleaned for the new subscriber. Also the Tesla software updates hadn't been done for some time, so apparently hours of my time were going to take care of that for carbar too.

Also not sure why the Tesla Premium Subscription isn't engaged with the vehicle?? This is very helpful showing current traffic conditions on your sat nav map - this is typically considered a standard included feature on a hire car.

Also the Tesla they gave me is an aging 3 yo Model 3 with 70,000km

Signing up process was easy and smooth. Collecting the car was easy too. However, the car wasn't cleaned like it should have been. It would be great if before the pickup the car is washed and cleaned properly before its handed over to the customer.

Best service in Australia. I got my first car from Carbar in 2021 and never looked back. They offer excellent service and truly go the extra mile for their clients.

Amazing Customer Service

Arrived to be greeted a lovely gentleman who was happy and very helpful.
Got straight onto getting my details and paperwork sorted which took a max 5 minutes.
I got shown around the car, had a great conversation about different types of car great places with friendly staff and a can do attitude to get u in ur new car and driving away .

once the car having issue your deal is done, waste of time and money, rather get a new car, cost lot cheaper and trouble free.

The Carbar app wasn’t the greatest to navigate & took time to load details.
The service once everything was finalised was very hands on & I had a great representative Ben Coates liaise with me regularly & I am very happy with my new car.

One’s of the best so far. Easy process and great selection of premium vehicles. Compared to other’s already had (locally AU and in EU) must say Carbar is great!. Customer service excellent.

Talk about under-promise and over-deliver! I wasn't expecting to be able to pick up my vehicle until the 23rd November, and was notified that I could pick it up yesterday.
The chap who did the pick up for me was super-friendly and helpful, as have been all who I have dealt with from the subscriptions team.
Very impressed!

I have had a wonderful experience with Carbar, they are truly brilliant to work with and found me just the right vehicle to suit my needs.

I cannot recommend them highly enough for the seamless communication and delivery of service.

From the time I first looked at the vehicle description and comprehensive condition report on Car Sales until we took delivery, I was treated very well. No BS.
Highly Recommended.

Chris had the car I needed. It was a fast handover. There was no sickly sales tactics. Clean efficient deal. I could not recommend Chris and carbar enough. I'll definitely be contacting this team again in the future
