Great battery at good prices and website and check out process clear and simple. Your courier, DX, is rubbish. Got a delivery day from them that came and went without an update. Then it was delivered the next day, again with no update.

The battery came completely flat, I paid someone to come and change it bur my car won't even start, so I had to pay them to charge it for me and come again next day. Costed me a fortune! I won't use this company again.

Ordered a battery from the website and only paid for standard 2-4 days delivery. It was delivered the next day. First rate service and quite a saving on the local price for the same battery

they are refusing its wrong it quite clearly is they want me to pay again to return refusing refund

We ordered a car battery on a thurs afternoon and it was at our door at 8.36am the next morning fri !! Excellent service and easy to order, would have no hesitation to recommend! Also the battery is very good quality and reasonably priced.

I was looking for a replacement battery for my Mercedes SLK. I knew exactly what I needed so did the searches and found that this company was significantly cheaper than my usual preferred suppliers.

Everything looked right so I placed my order. The order processing was simple and the product arrived exactly on time. The product was exactly as promised and I have bored everyone who will listen to death telling them how much less than expected I paid..

Terrible custoemr service experience, they sent me a flat battery abd theb proceeded ro try and deny it.
It got to the point where they even created imaginary scenarios and expected me to spend extra money paying for battery tests to prove battery was flat.
They completely ignored uk consumer law which I reminded them of real quick.
I launched dispute with my bank in the end and got full refund that way.
Never ever recommend these cowboys

Appalling after sales service. Refused emplacement battery or refund on 18 month old battery despite supposed 3 yr warranty. Insisted on return of battery at a cost of £20 for testing then just returned dead battery with no explanation. Fee for testing to be refunded this, did not happen as warranty claim rejected Very difficult to contact company

Simple experience, quick delivery and good value.

Battery failed in 2 months, of course the voltage is below 10.4 so they say they will deny warranty. The battery has failed, won't hold a charge or be charged, so of course the voltage is below 10.4.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT DELIVERED QUICKLY AND GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

The price was excellent by far and for a branded make. Delivery and everything spot on. I have saved CBM as a favourite and I’m recommending them to friends and anyone else I know.
