Nuovamente altro sito poco affidabile o falso, attenzione attenzione...il mio ordine del valore di 300, 00 euro non arriva e credo non arriverà mai, dovrò fare denuncia

Fast response, very helpfull helpline and fast delivery

The Carbinstore (groupalgatec.com) formally known as CarabinasyPistolas is advertising with discounts. I ordered a Bushnell Elite Scope. A day after I ordered the scope, there was a mail the payment was returned. No mention at all why. I looked in the store and now the Item was higher priced. I called the hotline, the Carbinstore employee told me this was the old price and the new batch was higher priced, so they couldn't maintain the price. This is according to European laws not a reason to breach a contract. After the phone call they send a e-mail that it was a system error. So I moved to a Leupold scope which was also on sale, and the same thing happened. This is a really bad experience. I E-mailed them I wanted a serious solution and no 3% discount but they don't respond.
Really disappointed in their reaction, it was a good store in the past.
