I required a replacement badge for my 2018 Renault Twingo. I visited the Carby Renault dealership on N125 Faro yesterday pm. The Parts Manager, Luis Pereira, checked which part I needed, confirmed two were in stock in Spain and stated the part would be at the dealership the next day (today). Luis telephoned me this pm to confirm the part was with him. I collected it and it fitted perfectly. Luis was very helpful and even spoke perfect English which made up for my very poor Portuguese!!

I had a very positive experience with Volkswagen Faro - Carby. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. Everything was explained clearly, with patience and a friendly attitude that immediately builds trust.
The team is incredibly customer-oriented, polite, and easy to communicate with. You really feel that they care about both the customer and the vehicle, not just getting the job done as fast as possible. The service process felt smooth, transparent, and well organized.
It’s refreshing to meet a dealership where you feel respected, listened to, and well taken care of. If this is the level of service before the car even goes into the workshop, I feel very confident leaving my vehicle in their hands.
Highly recommended. Professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with.

No atendimento funcionários poço gentil poço transparente e sem organização. O cliente não está considerado . A indisponibilidade é única na mia esperienca. Não estão puntual e também compreensível dos problemas dos seus clientes. Não está presente ninguém responsável pelo controle dos comportamentos.

Comprei uma viatura nova há já 9 meses na Carby Almada e até agora funciona bem, sem nenhum problema

Excelente serviço, atendimento, preço, o Sr Salvador foi muito simpático e prestável, muito atencioso e assim recomendo a Carby Almada a quem precisar de comprar viatura nova.

Comprei um Renault Captur na Carby Gaia em maio de 2025 e, poucos dias depois, o carro apresentou defeito. Há mais de quatro meses o veículo vai e volta entre oficinas da Carby (Avintes e Santa Maria da Feira) sem qualquer reparo efetivo, sempre com desculpas de “aguardar peças” ou “autorização da garantia”. Na data de hoje, o carro está retido pela oficina por 30 dias sem reparo.

Mesmo com minha esposa grávida e dependente do carro, nunca disponibilizaram veículo de substituição. Atendimento lento, confuso e sem empatia.

Experiência frustrante e inadmissível. Não recomendo.

Faro Volkswagen - having owned my car for 5 years, I cannot imagine how long I wait each time I service it - it is incredible how few staff are ever in service, with sales people sits sitting around doing nothing 🤬 June 2025 here I am again, waiting waiting waiting - my wife needs a new car and not a VW - car great, dealer is appalling 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 ….. back again waiting 🤣 once I get I am heading straight to Kia, I will at least have a better car and hopefully better service - let’s be honest, impossible to get worse 😳

Hard to believe anyone can part exchange a car with the Carby group. Pricing of our Peugeot 5008 5k to 9k below the other dealer networks we visited. Hence we will not be purchasing from Carby. Nice salesman but led by other departments pulling the strings and the Carby monopoly. Hard job for them to do and embarrassing I think. Salespeople from Smaller dealers seem to have much more say in the process.

No dia 3 de janeiro de 2025, adquiri um veículo no stand Carby em Santa Maria da Feira. No próprio dia da entrega, ao final da tarde, identifiquei um problema: o vidro do carro apresentava riscos visíveis. Informei de imediato o stand sobre o defeito, esperando que fosse tratado de acordo com a garantia, mas até hoje, mais de 20 dias depois, não foi feita a substituição nem recebi qualquer solução concreta.

Além disso, a falta de acompanhamento por parte do vendedor (Sr José) e do gerente (Sr. Marcelo) é inaceitável. Desde a comunicação inicial, tenho enviado várias mensagens e feito diversas chamadas, mas muitas vezes não obtive qualquer resposta e, em algumas ocasiões, as chamadas nem sequer foram atendidas.

Esta situação demonstra uma completa falta de compromisso com o cliente e um desrespeito pelas obrigações legais no âmbito da garantia. Como consumidor, estou profundamente insatisfeito com o serviço prestado.

Espero que outros potenciais clientes estejam cientes desta situação e pensem duas vezes antes de confiar na Carby em Santa Maria da Feira.

Exijo que o problema seja resolvido imediatamente, ou tomarei as medidas legais necessárias, incluindo a apresentação de queixa às entidades competentes.

Deixei um depósito de 1.000€ para a compra de um carro Citroën C3, com um prazo de entrega previsto de 6 meses. Após ultrapassado o prazo sem qualquer entrega, cancelei a encomenda a 9 de outubro de 2024, devido à incapacidade da marca em fornecer o veículo, ou data esperada para entrega.

Foi-me garantido que o valor do depósito seria devolvido na totalidade, mas até hoje (Janeiro do ano seguinte), apesar de inúmeros contactos e envio de comprovativos de NIB, o reembolso continua por fazer.

Excelente serviço. O carro foi para o seu serviço anual e voltou em tempo útil. O preço foi o mesmo de outros centros de serviço, mas também limparam o carro por dentro e por fora e poliram os riscos deixados pelas garras do meu cão no para-choques traseiro. Foi também disponibilizado um carro de aluguer a baixo custo.

Great service. Car went in for it's annual service and came back in a timely manner. Price was the same at other service centers, but they also cleaned the car inside out and polished out the scratches left by my dogs claws on the rear bumper. A loaner car was also provided at low cost.

I use a wheelchair and when the car was serviced, I left my blue disabled badge in the car and when I collected it this was missing. It was not in their rubbish and not in the vacuum, so the only conclusion is it was stolen. They only checked for it and then said there was nothing more they could do. I now have the headache of getting a replacement and not being able to park in disabled spaces which makes life very difficult for me.
