Its partly my fault for ordering on 2 separate occasions from this joke of a company, but I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt with my second order.
I ordered some Pokemon products from them in May 2025, and had to contact them in September 2025 to request a refund as the items hadn't been received.
I then made a further purchase in October 2025, which at the time of typing has neither arrived and despite a number of emails chasing up my refund, all of which have been ignored.
Buy your Pokemon products from reputable traders, or even ebay where you're protected.
I'm currently having to go through my bank to claim my money back [£169.99] as these so called 'businessmen' can't be decent enough to refund me.

I ordered a Phantasmal flames ETB. It’s been three months, still haven’t received it.
Requested a refund and they are now ignoring emails. Have reported them to my bank and I’m trying to get the money back.

I would give then 0 stars if it were possible. Ordered a Mega Evolution Booster Box and ETB, two separate pre orders on August 7th. One with Halifax and one with Barclays Credit Card and after weeks of no information I emailed them and had the "We are waiting for stock" fortunately I was able to get a refund for the Booster Box but not able to get a refund for the ETB. From looking at other reviews this isn't the first time this has happened but hopefully it will be the last as the website is no longer active as of today. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolute conman
Absolute conman, the owners name is Nathan Chadwick had an etb and booster paid for on pre order sent the booster but it was damaged so sent it back tried to contact Nathan and card mart many times ,blocked my phone and has taken my money .Luckily paid for on credit card so talking to the bank now about getting my money back .

Has been over a month and the item hasn't arrived yet
Pre ordered a Phantasmal flames booster box in September. The set released in November and I still haven't received my item. They are also not responding to my emails chasing the item. Has been a nightmare to deal with and will probanly have to escalate this further.

Ordered over £600 worth of stuff in September/October and never sent it!! Emailed multiple times but no response! This company is a scam and I am now seeking legal advice etc! Stay far away!!!

I ordered a booster bundle and an ETB and didn’t receive any communication for over a month. I reached out via email to ask about the order since I was going to be away, and they cancelled it without asking for confirmation, saying it was “better” to do so. There was no mention of a refund. I’ve emailed them multiple times since with no response, and now it’s been over 30 days with no resolution.

I wanted to give this company 0 stars but unfortunately there is no options for this. Do not buy from here. I ordered a Phantasmal Flames booster box from them and it did not arrive. I contacted them by email and they then told me that there was no stock and that I could cancel my order immediately and they would provide a refund. I agreed but did not hear back from them or receive a refund. I then emailed again and again for whole month and received no response. They have still not got back to me or issued me a refund. Please do not shop here. Worst experience.

Do not waste your time, straight up scammers who just stop replying to emails.
1. Pre-ordered Mega Evolutions on August 18th.
2. They cancelled it 2 days later as someone with my exact name cancelled theirs and they cancelled my order by accident (that's where I shouldn't have ordered again) which is very suspect as my name isn't what I would say a normal name.
3. Ordered again on August 20th the same day my other order got cancelled.
4. September the 19th we got an email regarding delays which is understandable.
5. Emailed them October 31st asking where the order is, they said 'it's Crissa. Quick update: we're now working through the Mega Evolution queue and dispatching orders ASAP. They’ll be processed chronologically.'
6. November 27th I got fed up and asked for a refund and got no reply.
7. December the 12th I asked again and no reply.
8. December 16th i've asked again and still no reply so literally 2 months of no communication.
This is literally fraud.
I preordered Black Bolt and White Flare and they HAVENT sent it out and they won’t refund me
I preordered Black Bolt and White Flare and Cancelled my Mega Evolutions because it seems if you preorder or just buy from them, they won’t send unless you email them and ask where’s your package. I’ve emailed them twice about an order they haven’t delivered yet and still no email back. I can’t chargeback anymore because it was a preorder and has been older than 3 months now. I really wanted to trust this store but it’s let me down hugely and I won’t be using it ever again, I urge no one to buy from here. Especially during preorders and releases, It seems they have a lot of stock availability but it’s not true, they take customers money and make you wait weeks to months until they finally have enough to restock before sending out so the delivery times they give you aren’t accurate. My order was #2468, if I get a refund, I’ll change my review to be a little more positive as they have delivered 2/3 orders I did with them and the customer service was great until now.
Sad to be writing this review
Sad to be writing a bad review because although there was a little wait they used to fulfill orders and I was ok with that. They used to communicate but since 1st November they will not respond to any emails. I’ve had to request a charge back to my back for £500 from pre orders placed in July.

Placed an order £318 for Mega back in September, still didn't get my items. On the 4th of December asked to be refunded as the delivery is completely delayed and they lied about timeframes and they just ignored me. First order was placed on the 22 of September....

Try if you want to be robbed and disappointed. They overcharge then deliver damaged items. Support pretends to care and offers you options then just ignore you when you follow up. Seriously useless company.
Contact your bank for a refund
I would suggest anyone who’s got an order outstanding should contact their bank and ask for a refund. They’ve filed for insolvency. Get your money back and make this guy accountable.

I made several pre-orders with Card Mart for Mega Evolutions and Phantasmal Flames products. The release dates for these sets have come and gone, and I received no updates from the company. I reached out for an update and was told, "I can't provide a definitive dispatch date." I won’t speculate or judge, but from other reviews it seems the company has taken far more pre-orders than they can fulfil and has gone rogue.
I asked for a cancellation of all my orders, and on 20th November I was told they had “tagged [my] order number for cancellation, and Nathan will process it as soon as possible.” Several weeks passed and nothing happened. I followed up twice and received no reply.
I have now had to request a chargeback through my credit card company to try to recover my money. It is unacceptable that there has been no communication. Even a rough ETA, or some kind of acknowledgement, would have helped - but there has been nothing.
I am very disappointed with the service from Card Mart / Crissa / Nathan and would not recommend them under any circumstances.
Avoid
Preordered a phantasmal flames ETB which they never shipped. I asked updates via email, they were responsive at first but once i asked to cancel my order due to the increasingly longer wait times, they just stopped responding to emails.
I had to do a chargeback through my bank. Thankfully I paid through credit card so the sum paid was retrieved.
