I love getting discount gift cards from this company. Great deals!!

I have been using CardCookie for about 7 years to purchase discounted gift cards for certain stores. Overall, it has been a helpful website for saving money.

On rare occasions, a gift card may have a balance issue, but their support team has been responsive. When I contacted CardCookie support with my order number, card details, and screenshots explaining the issue, they reviewed it and sent a replacement card within a day.

Good discounts and good customer service.

This was the first time I was using Cardcookie. The website was easy to use and I could see how much of a discount I was getting on each card I was buying. The buying process was simple and painless and within one hour I received my gift cards. Unfortunately some of the gift cards had a zero balance. I contacted Cardcookie customer service and they responded immediately helping me with my issue, and were able to get everything resolved. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely be using them in the future. You should have no worries purchasing gift cards from here. Thank you.

I have been using CardCookie for several years. I am able to save $2,000-$2500 a year.

On occasion one of the gift cards does not have the total balance stated. I reach out to customer service and it takes less than 24 hours to receive a replacement.

I have been using card cookie to find great gift card discounts for a few years now. Reliable consistent experience and customer service.

They don't respond to emails about purchases. What a waste of time.

They now use stripe with biometrics to verify your identity. The small discounts are not worth the risk of having your personal details saved on the internet.

CardCookie advertises a 100-Day Guarantee and tells customers to contact support email or use its Contact/FAQ support channels if a gift card has the wrong balance or is already registered. That sounds good on paper, but it did not help in my case.

I received a gift card that did not work. I emailed support three times and got no response. I also tried contacting them through Facebook and still got no response. After getting no help through any of their listed customer service avenues, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. After that, my account was blocked, and when I tried creating a new account, that was also banned.

I was willing to continue buying from CardCookie if they had simply honored the guarantee they advertise and responded through the support channels they provide. Instead, I was ignored and then blocked.

If this review is still visible, it means CardCookie still has not resolved my issue or restored my ability to buy from them. I would gladly update or remove this review if they fix the problem. It is disappointing that I had to go to this length just to try to get a response.

I attempted to purchase Best Buy gift cards but ran into repeated issues with this platform.

Initially, my order was declined with a message stating that international cards are not accepted. I then used a US-issued debit card and received the exact same error, which makes that message clearly misleading.

I contacted support and was told my account could not be verified. I followed their instructions and successfully completed phone verification using a US number.

After that, there was no meaningful follow-up. I did not get confirmation that my account was approved or any guidance on how to proceed. Instead, I received an automated survey asking me to rate my experience.

At no point did they clearly explain what the actual issue was or whether I would be able to complete a purchase.

This feels like overly aggressive fraud controls combined with poor communication. If you are outside the US, even with legitimate US payment methods, expect problems and no clear resolution.

Have purchased dozens of gift cards on Cardcookie over the past year. I rarely have an issue but when I do, they've had fantastic customer service. This past weekend, I had an issue Saturday, and it was resolved Sunday. I highly recommend them to buy gift cards!

I haven’t bought any gift cards from here yet but their website has a very cool link for me to check balances on my 6 Walm gift cards lying around, found out i still have good amount of funds left. Thanks Lol

I have been a customer for many years and it had few issues until recently. I placed an order for five Apple gift cards, and two of $25 cards could not be redeemed. Contact the customer service and they did reissue two cards, but one of them only contained $0.05 cents instead of $25 that I paid for. I sent email to them repeatedly and included the screenshot for the $0.05 card. They finally issued me another $25 card.

I understand that there might be scammers trying to take advantage of their website, and I give credit for their customer service for helping customers resolving the issues. However having repeated errors in a single order is extremely troublesome, and it shows their poor quality control. They do need to beef up their game in anti-scammer practice, or they might lose many long-time customers like myself.

Several orders have gone smoothly. And customer service was quick to respond and fix the one time I needed them.

I have bought gift cards for several other suppliers with quick service and not issues. This place doesn't answer your e-mails, cancels orders even though the credit card used shows the transaction, (they claim they cannot verify the credit card). It is much more trouble than they are worth. Seems like a strange way to do business.
I will use other providers whose service is far superior to this Company.

They ask you for all kinds of ID verification and then ghost you. So now they have a picture of my drivers license, ph# & address. None of the other gift card websites require this. I wish I would have avoided them and hope others learn from my bad experience.

Great discounts and fix issues promptly

I've been a customer for years but after the second experience where I bought cards that had already been used and reported them for a refund, the company just blocked me of something. They stopped accepting my transactions and claims that my cards couldn't be processed for payment when I had just been using the same cards on their website. I understand there need to prevent and minimize front, but I reported a legitimate transaction that had been fraudulent toward me, not the other way around. The company won't answer support emails anymore. Very sketchy and unfortunate

The platform is amazing, I have been using it for over 2 years and benefiting from the savings it offers. I have had occasional issues when the balance has a mismatch, and cardcookie resolves it immediately. This gives me the peace of mind and also the trust and confidence to keep coming back each day.

Very accommodating. I love ordering from this company. Even when there’s a mistake here and there they are very quick to solve any issue. I have been a customer for years and will continue to buy gift cards knowing my order is protected.
