Positive experience for first time buyers.

First time buyers so were a little unsure about our change of focus with our savings. Appreciated the professional and unhurried manner of the staff member, especially as she answered our questions which she’d no doubt been asked many times before. Also her patience as we battled with the bank to release our money.
