Really annoyed with Cardiff Gold
Really annoyed with Cardiff Gold. I received an email to state the bars were in stock , I immediately logged on to the site , both bars were showing in stock and it wouldn’t let me buy either . I emailed Cardiff Gold 4 times making them aware and even sent a screenshot. Eventually after half an hour it said I could buy them and when I finally got to checkout they were sold out ! Absolute shambles ! It does make me wonder how they can email and say they’re in stock and then not allow you to buy them when their website showed them in stock! I’m really annoyed at this company right now ! I’m sure they will have a good story to say it wasn’t their fault etc . It’s just left a sour taste in my mouth . After reading all the good reviews . I feel totally let down by Cardiff Gold . I was on their site within 30 seconds of the notification so they can’t even justify saying they sold out because they were available and for half an hour their website wasn’t allowing a purchase !
Update today 12th February, Cardiff Gold have requested more information from me asking for a reference number through TRUST PILOT , how can I have a reference number when their website wouldn’t allow me to purchase the items even though they were in stock. ? I have proof I sent them 4 emails direct to their customer service and with a screenshot proving it would not let me buy the stock ! It’s extremely clever from Cardiff Gold asking for a reference number because I wasn’t allowed to purchase the items they will say my review is fake but the review is based on not being able to purchase the products. That’s my review . I can give a reference number becaise I wasn’t allowed to purchase the products in stock !!)
