One of the things which came up during the MOT was the front wiper blades. These had been checked as "passed" just less than couple of weeks before by Halfords when they were suggested to be changed by Cardoc. Paul could not explain why there was a discrepancy except to talk about new laws on MOT which would have been picked by Halfords when these were checked. So I would just take extra care.

Great service, replaced my number plate and makes the whole front of the car look new. Will go back soon and get them to do the rear!

Great customer service for a recent MOT. They came and picked the car up on time, carried out the MOT test and dropped it back on the same day. Very convenient considering family and work commitments. Will be using again.

I would like to say thank you to Paul Smith, for the quick response and brilliant surprise. My MOT was about to expired in few days. Due to my work I can’t plan in advance , so I got appointment in the same day and evening done so quick.

Went for mot today explain time fre and price in advance. Work was done just on time also explain certain faults and possible solution for it.

i used the garage for over 8 years and always received a great service. i can email or call and get response immediately, honest pricing and clear explanation of everything, no issue to small to sort out. Paul, the manager, provides a great customer service :)

Initial enquiry handled promptly and clearly. Car accepted next working day, diagnosed and spare part ordered, under advice to me. Repair completed following day. Problem solved, and price very fair. All staff polite and helpful, and took trouble to educate me on the details of an obscure and hard to research issue. Overall I am very pleased indeed, and would certainly use them again.

Ik heb op kenteken een distributieriem set besteld en in het buitenland wilde ik het op laten zetten.
Ik heb mijn kenteken ingevuld en zo op vertrouwen de bestelling gedaan.
Bij montage bleek het waterpomp de verkeerde te zijn.
De monteur heeft de passende onderdelen opgezet.
Blijkt dat car doc niet kan garanderen dat de juiste onderdelen verzonden worden pas dus heel goed op ze nemen het namelijk niet gedeeltelijk terug.
