I have bought many cards from cards to cash without any issue however recently I had an issue that I reported to customer services . Although the issue arose after the 14-day guarantee period they looked into the issue and it was resolved in the reasonably timely manner. On discussion with my bank they informed me that they had thousands of customers that use this company and have never had an issue reported. In all my interactions I have found them to be polite and professional and willing to help where possible and on this occasion go beyond their basic normal good service. If you are considering using this company I would they are very good at what they offer. If you do your due diligence which you are doing by reading these reviews read the company terms and conditions fully and you will soon be saving on all your shopping

This company is a scam. do not believe the dragons den BS.
I bought an apple gift card and it was used.
Do not trust them, Believe the reviews. everything is documented and they will be reported to the police

1st time using cards2cash as my normal cardyard site didn't have any gifts cards I needed.

Well I've brought a £50 amazon gift card only for it to already been redeemed by another account. Still waiting to hear back from cards2cash to see if I get my money back. Will be back to update this review on that outcome. 1 STAR

I signed up after watching on Dragon's Den. I purchased my first gift card - a £1000 IKEA gift card for a purchase I need to make. I then went to view the gift card and this turned out that I had been sent a £25 Primark gift card - completely different. Contacted live chat who was no help what so ever and advised they will look into it and send me the right one within 48 hours.... still waiting but this should not be happening especially with such an high cost order.

I've since purchased 2 low cost Argos gift cards to test it further and give it a second chance and both have been sent instantly and both the correct card / amount.

It may be a genuine mistake however I feel that the customer service need to act quicker and provide a better response / update ASAP with such high cost orders.

I will continue to live chat / email until this is resolved and then may update/change my review to a 4/5* depending on the outcome.

I do think they should send a notification when the voucher is sold.

Sold 3 gift card now with Cards2Cash and have always found they pay promptly, the website is modern and easy to use.

Never had to contact support, so can't comment on that but I would recommend.

Not good, i come from Germany and i cant verified because only United Kingdom and irleand documents accept and then i cant buy gift cards or sell.

Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam.
I got a gift card to VUE cinemas and it just doesn’t work and the just says the balance is available and they can’t do anything about it.
They just get your money and you are left without any support.
Scam, be careful. I always get my gift cards from cardyard and the 2 times I had issues they solve the problem straight away.

I'm not against asking for ID, however it just caused a lot of stress and hassle when having to buy the product and then put in ID. I wanted to buy a £50 gift card, I didn't have my ID on me, as I had lost it. So I paid the amount, it went out of my bank account and since I used PayPal I will have to again pay transaction fees. ID verification should 1000000000000% be before payment. Since for whatever reason, if someone isn't able to provide such. That should abstain them from paying.

Anyways I don't care about that, this company is mega weird for doing all of that. Would I recommend buying from this place even if you're willing to give ID. ... no.

The only good thing is that the pending charges did come quickly, but the whole taking money, withholding it until id is given is weird. As well as the whole confidentiality clause. It's giving weird, and borderline money laundering.

like I'm trying to buy a build a bear gift card TF is there a confidentiality clause.

Shame on the owners, don't buy from this place, the website was sooooo made with AI.

Whats not to love?

Used Cards2Cash a handful of times now, and safe to say, I'll keep doing so. I have purchased on the odd occasion, when I am in a shop and need a gift card, or planning to make a large purchase. The savings really add up. So far I'm at £50... They have a savings challenge on their new website, so will be making the most of that to earn the free £10.

I've also used the site to sell my unwanted gift cards that I received for my birthday. I got my payment on the date listed, and I was kept up to date throughout the sale.

I used Cards2Cash to sell my gift card and the process was smooth and quick. I received payment on the promised date.

I contacted customer services before the sale, and Stefani was very helpful. Thank you!

Update (after the company’s response):

I never expected this to escalate like this.

After posting my original Trustpilot review, Cards2Cash emailed me saying they had closed my account and placed all payments on hold because I had opened a public dispute. They also stated that the hold would remain in place until all public disputes were removed.

They referred to their confidentiality clause as justification.

My original concern was simply that I had evidence my Amazon gift card had already been redeemed, yet support repeatedly gave me the same template response and refused to address the issue. Even my formal complaint received essentially the same answer.

Now the situation has become something much bigger than a delayed payment. I genuinely cannot support a business that, in my experience, tells a customer that payment will remain on hold until negative public reviews are removed.

I have kept the emails and screenshots documenting the entire exchange.

Ironically, this is no longer about the money. If they had simply explained their position professionally, I probably would have moved on. Instead, their response to criticism has only reinforced my decision never to use their service again.

Everyone is free to make their own decision, but I believe potential customers deserve to know how this situation was and is handled.

Be aware!

A nice idea. But after Cards2Cash my gift card for many many months it hasn't sold. So I guess it will just go out of date and I will lose £hundreds.
So a nice idea. But unless the discounts get increased over time then I can see lots of credit just getting wasted.

What's not to like? If you need to buy or sell a gift card quickly, securely and with a professional team behind them for any issues that may arise, Cards2Cash is the only place to go. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for gift cards, their customer service is exemplary and is really easy to buy and sell cards.

I have used this website one time now with no issues, however, after doing a bank transfer to purchase a giftcard (cheaper than the debit card option) and nothing happening, I proceeded to cancel. I then opted for the standard debit card option but was then asked to verify with a picture of my driving licence. I wasn't happy to provide my driving licence so I cancelled this transaction. This of course locked my account so I made contact and was asked to provide a screenshot of my transfer and was advised that my account would be looked into. Following this correspondence, I then see an email confirming that the transfer had gone through (despite me cancelling) and at an increase of 1%. I have asked them to refund this as it now means I'll be paying more for the voucher, and more importantly, I didn't authorise them to do this. I've been advised that the money will sit in my account until I use it and they can't do refunds.

Everything was absolutely fine up until this point, you have also now decided to ignore my correspondence. You've essentially stolen money, I had not approved this transaction hence cancelling.
