Excellent product and fast delivery

We got same exact one before lasted for many years . Unfortunately broken by accident so we had to go with a new one . We hope will be the same impact and long lasting replacement. So far good no complaints, we just noticed smaller size compare to before but still happy will it .

Bought this mat for my 4yr old granddaughter ( and son & daughter in law) . Parents are pleased with the test results and so far so good . Just a bit of reassurance on a night 🌙

Delighted to find a GPS tracker watch for my husband who has moderate stage dementia. I just need to get him to wear it! The location isn't reliably accurate when it's at home and when he has worn it out. The location is frequently several streets inaccurately away from where it should be so I have to recalibrate it regularly!

Had issues with the product. Found the aftersales team pretty unresponsive to email and and had to repeatedly chase by telephone for answers and updates. They eventually sent a replacement but same issues. Decided to bypass Care Alarms and speak directly with manufacturer who confirmed defect and advised solution.

Once set up easy to use. Tracking and SOS button excellent.
However we do have to plug it in every 2 days and the advert says it should last up to 10 days!

Product delivered on time at a good price.

Ordered a care alarm watch from them for my dad. The thing was so complicated that neither me or my partner could figure it out for ages. I’d say we were both pretty tech savvy.

If we struggled then, a 78 year-old would have no chance. We finally got it working but it took two hours plus a phone call where the customer service agent couldn’t help and told us to ring the manufacturer.

I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The ordering process worked fine. My only issue was that the website gave the impression that the device was in stock and would arrive within 1-3 days In reality it took close to10 days from ordering which was very inconvenient.

I bought a fall detection watch for my mum but unfortunately it was a bit too big for her and said she wouldn’t wear it so I had to return it and Care Alarms refunded the money no problem

Great range of products, and easy to work out exactly which one i needes.

The watch tracker is wholly unsuitable for people with dementia. Too many features that dementia patients can’t use and just cause confusion.
The returns policy totally denies a person their statutory rights under both distance selling regulations and Consumer Rights. Avoid.

The alarm is perfect for a severely disabled person who can activate it with the slightest touch when help is needed

Good product. Easy to use. Delivery was delayed but think that was a Royal Mail issue ....

Product is flexible enough to customize for my needs. Thank you for meeting the needs of underserved individuals like me. Would have given you five stars if you provided direct shipping to the United States.

My mum had a bad fall and this device has given us all peace of mind. It was set as very sensitive to begin with so even getting something out of the fridge would set it off. So it’s all good now and I’m really pleased with it.

I ordered a clock for the hard of hearing from Care Alarms ,it arrived within 2days well packed.The clock has 3 functions which work extremely well and are adjustable.It works to wake you up and I would highly recommend.
