When I saw Cassie's posts on LinkedIn I took a notice that they didn't sell you any BS. They were very helpful and asked for all documents to help them help me. I THOUGHT I had a good resume, but they took my resume from a 5/10 to a 10/10. I was hesitant due to the cost, but the Career Confidence cost saved me so much time and agony of constantly changing my resumes and now I understand why it was worth every penny.

Great People, Great Results
After nearly a decade in the Army, I thought I had prepared well for the civilian job market. Despite earning my Bachelor's, obtaining certifications, and practicing my elevator pitch, I received no interest from employers after months of submitting resumes.
Finding Cassie Hatcher, CEO of Career Confidence on LinkedIn was the turning point. She walked me through the process and the timeline, and it was such a huge weight lifted. I simply provided my relevant documents, and her team took care of the rest.
I received a master resume, a tailored resume, and LinkedIn optimization. All of the products Career Confidence provides come with a personalized video recording that walked me through exactly how to tailor my resume.
The difference after my resume revision and LinkedIn optimization have made is huge. Before I contacted Career Confidence I had received no interest in my resumeâno call backs, no emails, nothing. Since then, I literally have competing offers for employment! Within a month of receiving my updated resume, I had recruiters contacting me almost daily. I am thrilled to share that I have accepted an offer from Boeing.
