While the initial response included a request to leave a review before processing the refund, I maintained clear communication about the circumstances. The team has now agreed to process the refund, which I appreciate and now I am waiting for the refund and whats scary is the team is not responding.

My advice for new users is to check subscription settings carefully. Overall, the platform has potential, and I appreciate the support team addressing my concern.
