I've been a CareerPlug user for several years, but recently I've needed help because the site does not let me edit the job I've posted. I emailed them about the problem, and they responded with an unusable answer so I asked them for a phone call. No response. I emailed them again and got no response. Today I called them and waited on hold for 10 minutes and per their instructions left a message so they would call me back and I would not lose my place. They did not call back.

I signed up for Career Plugs to post job ads for one year. I am so far very disappointed. I posted 2 job ads and neither of the job ads show up. I communicated to Career Plugs on 4 separate times with no response or result. I would think twice before using them, so far a big waste of time and money!!

I signed up thinking CareerPlug was a month-to-month service, but later found out they locked me into a full-year subscription without clearly stating it upfront. There was no obvious notice during sign-up, and they still charged me for the entire year even after I tried to cancel. It feels misleading, most customers would assume it’s monthly like similar platforms. Definitely not the transparent or fair experience I expected.

Career Plug has Increased our roster tremendously! My family and I have owned a home care agency for 11 years and nothing else has worked as effectively, nothing! And the support team is lights out! Thanks for everything Mary.

Since using Career Plug, we're receiving double the qualified applicants and enjoying a much better applicant tracking system than what we were using in the past.

Absolutely a joke. They bait you in to think you will get a bunch of candidates. Once you are signed up, they change their policy and refuse to refund. DO NOT USE. Go with staffmyagency.com or another vendor.

Career Plug has helped me with out hiring needs for many years. The team is always quick to answer the phone and always with a smile! Heather did a great job helping me with my needs. She assisted me by helping me find applicants in my account that I could not see. In addition, she helped me activate an email to send applicants that we are sending to our pipeline. CareerPlug has been a great tool for our franchise network. Not only is the platform easy to use, but it's also customizable to meet individual needs and has a range of process automation features! In the last month I have gotten ZERO candidates. In the past I would get 4-5 per day. They always want to offer a call or webinar which I don’t have time for as I’m shortstaffed! Just improve the product! Rip-off

Easy to use, great results!

CareerPlug is our new ATS which is a user friendly tool providing a robust pliable platform backed up by incredibly responsive customer service team ensuring we are making the most of the system. Our job postings are generating more applicant flow and give our operational team in the field the ability to keep track of candidates with an ease of communicating and scheduling which is a big timesaver for our busy hiring managers.

We have been using CareerPlug for three months and I love the functionality and ease of customization. The postings have been bringing in a great candidate flow allowing me to spend more time screening and less time searching. I would recommend CareerPlug to any company that does volume hiring.

I have a call out to the owner of the company, they sent me to candidate satisfaction, have yet to hear a response.

I am moving through this software like a snail. Not intuitive. Too many clicks to move through workflow. I have been a recruiter for more than 10 years, am very familiar with a lot of software and have never had to deal with so many challenges.

Signed up 6 months ago and still have not resolved issues.

I have been a high level manager for over 25 years and this is the best tool I have ever seen for managing, tracking and screening new applicants. I love it! And the management team has been really receptive to improvements and new ideas. They seem to anticipate what we might need before we even realize it!

Careerplug is a useful tool in the recruiting, management, and hiring of employees! Very helpful folks to help you in any way! Highly recommended!
