Really useful advice to help guide me to improve my interview approach with great results! Highly recommended.

I had a premium session with Adam for an NHS band 7 job and felt more confident and prepared going into the interview than with any previous interview I have done. We worked through plenty of sample interview questions together and he also provided me with a list of other potential questions after the session. Would highly recommend!

Adam is really professional and knowledgable about how to do well in interviews. I came in with weak skills, every time I’d have an interview I wouldn’t know what to say and I’d struggle. Adam helped explain the star technique, how to implement it giving examples with each question and gave feedback guiding me how to better answer the question. I hadn't been in many interview situations before and had a very big interview coming up. When I started using Adam I was dithering in how I spoke without clear examples to use and by the end of the sessions we did I was confident and I landed the role I was after which was very competitive by doing a solid interview while under pressure.
