The guy did a whole lot of talking
The guy did a whole lot of talking. Hard to get a word in. When I ask a question, I don't need someone to keep yacking for 5 minutes nonstop then ask for my card info. I need a simple answer. Maybe you can elaborate for a minute. Listen, and let me ask questions.
I was trying to learn what "reputation" coverage meant and entailed. When I ran a very old hypothetical scenario by him (I am not even with that location or that employer anymore!) to ask about different coverage scenarios for the "reputation" part, he interrupted in a stern loud abrupt accusatory tone to say "You have a CLAIM?!" I had to tell him there is no claim, to please listen and stop interrupting. The good thing is that he took the time to explain what all the coverage meant and entailed. He put the time in and it was a long time. It could have been much quicker if he listened more. We could have gotten through all my questions in 10 minutes if he listened.

The company is easy to work with, and the renewal was a breeze.

The website is very frustrating to use
The website is very frustrating to use. Also, I tried to call the number on the site three times to talk to a representative and the automated system cut me off when I hit option 1. Not a good experience. My insurance is due soon and I renewed it. I elected, in the system, to do an auto renew and when I logged out and logged back in, I saw that my selection didn't stick. I don't know if I will go with your group next year considering how this all went.

No customer support
No customer support. Phone number didn't work. I put a secondary insured on my application but it wasn't on the certificate. They tried to charge me to have it added. I'm going to cancel it ASAP when I can get through. It's a rip off.

Additional Insured Did Not Roll Over…
Additional Insured Did Not Roll Over with Renewal.
I'm a bit frustrated, that I selected for the additional insured to renew, but now it appears I have to input the data again. A minor incovenience, but still an inconvenience.
