Well we all know that when being in a wheelchair and ordering stuff for a wheelchair like wheel locks you need it in a timely manner I order wheel lock for my wheelchair on the 10th of October I understand the wouldn’t ship it till Monday a business day. Well today is Wednesday the October 14th they still haven’t shipped it everyone in a wheelchair need there locks in a timely manner but instead of helping me they made it worse by just canceling my order so I have to wait a lot longer if I order any where else so if your looking for some one that has your back in wheelchair community it’s not care medical

Great customer service, software, prices.

My delivery was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, which we discovered just after a stressful doctor appointment. Before we figured out it was on a neighbor’s porch, Heather was soothing my worries and arranging for a replacement. We found the original soon after, so the replacement wasn’t needed, but I so appreciated the effort.
Two days later, I realized I needed another piece of equipment ASAP (I was new to this.) And, again a wonderful Care staffer found the item in stock and let me rush over to the office to pick it up.
These employees live up to the company name.

Care Medical Source is the only place I could find the high quality light weight wood laminate transfer board I needed. Indeed, the product is superb! Thank you very much. My only complaint is the cost of shipping ($9.95) and the week it took to receive the item. But still very happy with the transaction.

I wish I had been kept up to date on order status. I did call and your rep was very courteous and checked on order update for me. I was later notified it had shipped and it arrived today. Very pleased with product.

Well considering I haven't received my order yet and i ordered it back on August 20 is why i gave you a low rating. Normally when i order from you i get the items within a few days but not sure what happened this time? I haven't even received a tracking number yet! And if there was a problem in the past you normally explained to me that it may take alittle longer but I've heard nothing.

The battery I purchased for my CPAP machine was guaranteed to work at least 1 to 3 days. The battery only worked four hours. Very disappointed in the product
