Great user experience; easy to navigate and learn at your own pace.

I paid for this course in full, only to be told after completing it that I had to pay an additional fee just to receive proof of completion. I honestly think this is a deceptive and dishonest practice. No one takes a course without expecting to receive proof that they have completed it—charging extra for this essential element is unacceptable.

If this fee is necessary to make the course profitable, it should be clearly included in the upfront price, not revealed at the end?

This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated - and honestly also angry. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend Care Skills to reflect on this practice to improve the client' experience.

On another positive note, the course was efficiently delivered and well structured and a member of staff was quick and helpful in resolving an initial technical issue.

I had an issue after enrolling on the level 5 DSL course where the billing information was used for the account profile. I emailed for support at 7.22pm and within 9 minutes it was all resolved. Fantastic service. Thank you to Hares Abdullah for such a speedy response

I am unsure how this company has good reviews. Their Designated Safeguarding Lead training is very poor quality, non-interactive, and superficially written (with a very ‘AI’ feel to it). I am told I am ineligible for a refund, as I completed more than 15% of the course before giving up. Be very cautious with what you choose to study from this company, if at all.

I had a great time doing my Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma. The models were in-depth, broadening my knowledge on a lot of things I have come across before while studying, and in real life work experience.

Was looking for a good learning site for a "Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering" education and came across this. It's cheap but not in terms of quality. Fun and interactive modules and I was engaged throughout the course.

But the most important part of using care skills training is there customer service, it is truly outstanding the communication is fantastic and any questions answered promptly. Fantastic support team, thank you.

I recently completed this course and found it to be very well-structured and informative. The content was clear, practical and easy to follow, making even complex topics understandable.

Designated Safeguarding lead Level 3
Poorly written, misleading and just wrong. I've never got so worked up over a course.I could have passed it without reading a thing.

Definitely a scam site. I did the level 3 Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults. The course was ok, some incorrect words and terminology. The quiz was ridiculous, I could have taken it without even studying the content it was so easy!

The worst bit though was that I paid upfront for the certificate (ridiculous price for a PDF) but then I was forced to pay again on completion. I emailed for a refund and they said it would be returned but still nothing and I have sent a follow up email. They clearly know this is an issue but probably count on customers not checking. Oh and the website says you will get an instant digital copy of the certificate but then the email says 48 hours. Avoid, scam artists.
