This company provided care at home for my mother who died in March 2025. The care was sought as she became more frail, after the death of my father, and continued till her own death. An external long standing much loved carer was important to my mother and the company provided additional care for some 18 months after my mother was discharged from hospital following a heart attack.
Essentially we increased the number of hours of that additional care from lunchtime visits to 24 hours as her health deteriorated.
It was extremely important to my mother that she would always remain at home, and the company made this possible.
The company was flexible. Care at home is often required with little notice and because my mother had a hatred of hospitals, it was always very important to get her home asap after hospital admissions. The company was able to help when this was necessary.
For most of the time my mother needed simple care: toileting, provision of food and drink and some company. As time passed, she needed more active nursing care and it was then necessary of course to obtain daily visits from district nurses and the tissue viability team. Care staffing continued to provide general support and most importantly in some ways, warmth and loving attention. We moved onto 24 hour care and in the last two weeks we had one particular carer who was resident 24 hours with additional visits from others with nursing skills as well as the family. I was with that carer and my mother's long term carer as she died and I will remain extremely grateful to them both.

The carers are so patient & always thoughtful & respectful.
Go above & beyond to provide the care for my father.
He now thinks of his carers as part of the family.

I found the care staff at Care Staffing Ltd to be very compassionate, courteous and knowledgeable while looking after a family member with dementia. Nothing seems as too much trouble. They are very helpful and responsive; giving the right advice and arranging interventions from relevant professionals. Working with Care Staffing was a real relief and peace of mind.
I cannot praise them enough for their ability to provide additional care visits even at a very short notice.
Huge thanks to the management for their understanding and support at a time when we needed support most.

The care provided for our Mum was exactly what we hoped for and she has been seen by various different staff members which shows us the company has depth.
