Honest review of delivery of the car
Overall the experience was good, I was contacted by the delivery driver within 1 hour of the delivery of the new car and when the driver arrived he was polite.
However, I was dissapointed to find the car turn up not clean inside or out despite the weather being good at the point of delivery, all the driver had to do before arrival was give the car a really quick clean instead of me having to do it in order to inspect the vehicle. Also the driver gave no explanation of the vehicle and seemed like he was in a rush to get off.

The delivery is handled by the dealership and outside of our control, so we are sorry to hear about this now. Unfortunately, these things do happen and while we do all we can to limit these issues because the dealer is allocated to us by the finance company, we are at their behest. As you identify, having a new car is a big commitment and you want it be correct from the time it arrives both in terms of cleanliness and service delivery. If that falls short, we do get that this is not ideal.
Just let you know that we are still here to assist for the duration of your EV leasing journey. Happy to help where we can.

Amazing service
Amazing service, easy to communicate with and personally for the first time leasing a car I was informed of all the useful information including in deciding the appropriate car. škoda elroq
This was our first time leasing a car, and we’re really pleased with how everything went. We chose the Škoda Elroq and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
The service was fantastic, with great communication throughout. A special thank you to Mike, who was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way.
Delivery was smooth and completely hassle-free, which made the whole process even better.
We’re very happy and would definitely recommend and hopefully see you again very soon for our second car lease.

Very Nice Car at very good lease Price
I have ordered and received a beautiful Audi Q8 Sportback S/line electric car on business lease. The communication was good, the process was easy and customer service was very understanding and supportive when I have to postpone the delivery due to flight cancellations. I would definitely recommend the company.

Really happy with the service. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish, with clear communication and no hidden surprises. The team were helpful, responsive, and made everything feel easy, which isn’t always the case with car leasing.
Delivery was smooth, the car arrived exactly as expected, and any questions I had were dealt with quickly. It’s been a hassle-free experience so far and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering leasing.

Found through Carwow when searching for a lease on a VW ID7, sent off the enquiry and Owen promptly replied back. It was a doddle after that, no issues, excellent communication right through the whole process and the car delivered to my door as promised. Highly recommend them.

Initially i had some issues with the car that came from the lease company but Rob & Andy (and team) at E-Car were more than helpful and went above and beyond to assist with my issue, probably even more involved than they needed to be, so I can honestly say they are superb and I would recommend
