Failed to deliver on time
I chose Carl’s Golfland over other vendors, because of the two-day shipping. I placed the order on Wednesday, and UPS says that the club will not be delivered until Tuesday of next week. I understand that Monday is a holiday, but this club should’ve been delivered on Friday, or Saturday at the latest. When I reached out to your customer service, I was told that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays in my area. This is simply not true. Even if it were true, and you knew that ahead of time, don’t use a delivery service that you know won’t allow you to follow through on your promise of two-day delivery.

Thanks for the message. This order shipped UPS 2 Day air as scheduled. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding the delivery date. Yes the holiday weekend threw a wrench in time frame. Order shows as being delivered today.
