For the past few years, I've been a patient at the clinic, where Josh is now managing my treatments. He consistently resolves my concerns and provides a straightforward exercise routine to further enhance my mobility from home. Josh is readily available for any ongoing support. Plus, his friendly demeanor ensures a completely comfortable experience. I highly recommend him.

I met Elly and she was really lovely and quickly put me at ease. She clearly knew her stuff and was calm and confident in her delivery. Really impressed.

I have been visiting the clinic for a couple of years, currently being treated by Josh. BERENICE
I cannot recommend Berenice highly enough (so much so that my whole family have now been treated successfully by Berenice!) I have had acupuncture treatment from a variety of different practitioners over the years, but none have come close to her when it comes to delivering clear tangible benefits.

HOW I FOUND BERENICE
I first visited Berenice in September 2020 after she was recommended to me by my osteopath Carl Todd. I live in London but would travel to see her when visiting family nearby the South Marston clinic.

MY SYMPTOMS
I was struggling with long-Covid symptoms: extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, dizziness, and brain fog – making work and everyday tasks extremely difficult. I had gone to my GP with these symptoms but did not receive any clear advice or treatment plan.

OUTCOME
Berenice spoke to me in great detail about my symptoms, designing a tailored treatment plan. After the first session I noticed an immediate change, and after four sessions my symptoms were almost entirely alleviated. From my experience long-Covid is something that had to be carefully managed, so following my initial sessions I visited Berenice sporadically when I had ‘overdone it’ and required a well-needed boost. I have been back to my normal energy levels ever since, and am really grateful to have been treated by such a kind professional.

Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2017, undertaking an initial 5 session programme with Berenice followed by monthly top up sessions has along with a couple of other changes, like yoga and diet, have provided me with amazing benefits. My tremors are significantly less, my walking and balance is much more stable and the strength in my right hand, wrist and arm is much better. In addition, I had a miraculous almost instant recovery from a back pain and tendinitis in my wrist along the way. Paediatric Acupuncture

Berenice is a beautiful soul, extremely helpful and caring person I ever met.My son, age 10 was experiencing some really bad cough, really bad - where we have to see 4 different clinicians and even hear diagnosis- asthma.I saw him getting worser in my eyes every day and from doctors it was no clear outcome.Effecting daily activities, school and hobbies…He is fine said Clinicians.Maybe allergy.Maybe infection.Maybe lets call another ambulance as he is not able to breathe in…As a mother I knew I will not get help I am looking from doctors, so I call Berenice one afternoon and she kindly saw my son very quickly that week.
Berenice done for my son more with one treatment then doctors done in 3 weeks time.Mucus stuck in his body she said, and she was so correct.I can’t explain after one session how much mucus my son managed to relieve out of his body.He even got his charm back and colour back to his face.Coughing was minimised with one session and his overall health was improved within 4 sessions.
I am grateful to Berenice for advised diet she provided us with the treatment.I am grateful for extra time she spent to replay to my messages and phone calls.

The practitioners are of the absolute highest quality, and ALL conditions can be considered, reviewed and dealt with to the highest degree.
