Very Impressed by Izabella from Carmichael, within 3 weeks of contacting me i had been interviewed, negotiated salary and had started working.

In contrary to the opinions i used to have towards recruitment agencies i am happy to say i was proved wrong by Carmichael and would recommend to anyone looking for employment within the construction industry.

The service has been good but not great. That said, the only reason why they have not received 5 stars was that they occasionally tripped over each other in their eagerness to provide an excellent service.

In my humble opinion, it is better to err on the side of caution; and if you are to lose a star it is fantastic that it was in the pursuit of being better than good.

Top notch, all the time, every time

It's all about the personal touch.
IR35, was brought to site and explained and notes taken, group interview and also individual interviews.
When I ran into a problem lately, I e-mailed Rod and he helped me immediately just because that is the way Carmichael operates.
No other agency looks after their candidates the way Carmichaels does.
