Friendly team. Keeps me busy all the time

From the preliminary interview with the Carmichael recruitment team, they were very helpful and positive about finding me work. It didn't take long until a position came up.

Everything is good except the rate, compare to other reputed agency rates are bit lower.

Rich was great to deal with. Had previous engineering/construction experience and was very clear in explaining how the UK construction market works. Made regular contact after the first meeting to keep me informed about potential opportunities, followed by interviews within the first week.

Admin and support staff were all friendly and all very helpful. Would recommend to anyone coming to the UK looking to do contract work in the construction industry.

Always prompt at sharing new relevant roles

I have only worked with Carmichael UK so have no other agency to benchmark them against. Having said that I would not be looking to work with another agency as they have been amazing to work with. As anyone working in business knows that there will be times when things get very difficult and mistakes are made. Thankfully there have been very few of these whether caused by myself, Carmichael UK or the client, Carmichael UK have been there to help sort it out. This for me is paramount because it's only then that you can gauge how good bad or indifferent the company is.
All I can say is "Thank you for the last 18 months" (Really is it that long).
