This company goes above and beyond. Only today after thinking I had an item missing and emailing the company, within 20 minutes a lovely lady called Abi rang me personally and talked me through it. She didn’t have too she could have just emailed me back. Now that is customer service, so I give this company a big 10 out of 10

I love the dies and vignettes carnation crafts do they are so good i have a few collections i just bought over the horizon collection only thing i can say about is adding a lady cyclist it would be nice when you use the male one to have a female cyclist go with him other than that the art work is best and the dies are really good quality

Carnation dies are expensive but the top quality is worth it long-term as you don't dies to warp or break! Highly recommend. Shipping's tracked and quick. They have a wide range of designs and themes, large collections or component dies so you can buy all or some and get the rest later. The USP is the beautiful artwork - print it 1-sided or 2-sided, so my range is extended as I like to make cards with 2-sided die cuts so you can see some or all of aspects if you view a card from the back; a giftee's guaranteed to look at it from the back. 2-sided means you can turn it round e.g. have two so that a bird/character look at each other. I buy a lot from Carnation and have built up a great versatile card-making library. My only niggle is that some items are available only as scan 'n' cut files whereas I'd like every single item to be available as a physical die.

What can I say? I have been with Carnation Crafts for many years, the quality of the dies the whole company is amazing from design to the customer Services team and the people in the warehouse. I love the double sided downloads. If I am honest they are the only people I shop with. So a big thank you one and all.
