Carol bike is amazing
Carol bike is amazing! I love the science behind it and it really helps to increase effectiveness and efficiency while saving time. The only thing I donât love about it is that sometimes itâs difficult to get logged in and sometimes the email necessary to login doesnât get sent through to the inbox right away. Other than that, itâs amazing and wonderful and I love it.

The bike is very well built. I am still exploring the different programs but overall the experience is challenging with good support to navigate them. The app could get a little spring trimming.

Less accurate for people on heart rate controlling medication.
Bike was easy to assemble. If you are on medication to control your heart rate you cannot get accurate readings on your fitness level because you wonât be able to get to target heart rate. This was disappointing to me. I have to settle for trying to beat my previous power levels in order to see improvement. Couldnât finish fitness test it just keeps starting again because your heart rate isnât at target. Also the seat is not very comfortable.

While it's true that certain medications may cause fluctuations for heart rate based results, CAROL Bike allows you to achieve a baseline Fitness Score and improvements can be measured from there. We'd recommend to use this metric and Power numbers to gauge your improvements. Unfortunately, since our fitness tests are heart rate based a person under these circumstances may not get to target.

Iâve had a mixed experience with CAROL Bike. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the workout itself can be effective. However, the bikes seem to have some quality issuesâmine started squeaking loudly, requiring costly repairs. Customer support was initially responsive but became unhelpful when the warranty expired. The design could also be improved, as the seat and handlebars arenât adjustable and the seat is quite uncomfortable. It has potential, but for the price, I expected better durability and support.

Smartest Purchase Ever
I have the original bike. Had it about 3.5 years. It might be the smartest purchase Iâve made in my 50+ years in this planet. If you saw me at 40 vs 50 you wouldnât believe it. I donât LOL
Over time the had more rides added and the updates keep it fresh as ever.
The bike seriously made me want to make a YouTube channel or whatever because Iâm just a regular guy and everybody out there are influencers. I just canât be bothered so this review will have to suffice.

Everything was great dealing with Carol Bike. The only negative was with the delivery company. We were set up for delivery on one date and a week and a half before that date the bike was setting outside in the rain.
As far as the rest of the experience, it has been great. A great product.

Bought a broken bike second hand. It was no longer under warranty or anything. I contacted carol and they helped me troubleshoot the bike and helped me order the correct part for it. The part came quickly and fixed the problem. Wonderful customer service!

Great customer service/top quality bike
The company has been fantastic to work with. When their last-mile delivery company lost my bike, I notified them about the delay, and they promptly resolved the issue. To minimize further delays, they even shipped a second bike to me directly instead of using the same company. Their customer service has been exceptional. I also appreciate their offer of a one-on-one consultation with a fitness coach to learn how to use the bike. Although I havenât used it yet, I plan to get a few more rides in before taking the coachâs advice.

Love the bike, and a tech glitch.
I love this bike. However, there was a tech glitch in which the iPad that the bike comes with was not being charged by the bike. I had to take the iPad out and charge it externally. Tech-support was very responsive, and they were able to diagnose the issue over FaceTime. They are in the process of sending me some new parts for the iPad docking station, and they have told me that they will send a technical person out to fix this. As far as the bike itself, I love it. It is well built, sturdy, and a pleasure to ride. I love the software that comes with it. Itâs great to know all these metrics about your ride and I love that the AI designs a workout thatâs tailored towhatever your fitness level is.
