My experienceâŠ
Overall the purchase, delivery and set up were great. Very good communication and exactly as expected. My issue is more with the design. The handlebars are very wobbly and the fastener that you use to tighten them down come loose. There have been 3 instances where during the ride (fortunately it hasnât happened during the sprints) that the handlebars collapsed, twice causing the tablet to disconnect and I almost fell off the bike. Iâve attempted to tighten the lever as hard as I can but because of the wobble it works itself loose again.
I really enjoy all the rides, very challenging and very accurate on the energy readings, my concern is around the safety.

John, so sorry to hear this. Our bike is built to withstand maximum intensity sprints so the handlebars should be sturdy. I have asked our best customer support advisor to reach out to you to get this fixed, so please look out for an email from us. We hope to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
Worth figuring out the missing steps.
The bike arrived fast. Wish Iâd paid to have it put together because my husband had a hard time of it. Getting the bike connected to WiFi was also challengingâwe had to reset stuff on the pad yo make it work. Then couldnât figure out why the heart rate monitor wasnât working. There were all these instruction gaps. There wasnât tech support and I made a appt with someone from the company but had to wait two weeks, and by then we had figured it out. But once we got it to work, weâve been really happy with it. I always have time to exercise 5 min. No more excuses! Havenât used it long enough to see if the claims are real. Also, check to see if your employer has a health program where they reimburse for exercise equipment.

Love the bike, hate the lack of data w/o subscription
Love the bike but one star down for the really poor data experience without the subscription, the monthly cost is too high after investing so much in the bike. Wish we got the first year free or at least something. I hate the data being hidden from me.

Late shipping and awful delivery
Web site said delivery in 7 to 10 days. So did confirmation email. Bike was not delivered for more than three weeks, and on the scheduled day of delivery, the shipper was a no show and did not even call. On rescheduled day of delivery, shipper only sent one guy, who struggled mightily to get the bike to the downstairs fitness room. (Shipper had been informed about the flight of stairs, still only sent one guy.)
Customer service offered to refund the assembly fee and give us six months subscription, but we lost more money in wages than that when staying home waiting for the no-show shipper.
The bike may be decent, but I would not buy from this company again. There are bikes that are at least as good from other companies.

The first couple of weeks there were a couple of small issue which were quickly rectified by great customer service. So far they have consistently exceeded my expectations in resolving any question I have had. They seem to really emphasize great customer service as a cornerstone. Great product as well. Terrific bike, terrific company
Delivery: 5 stars of 5. Arrived when they said it would, perfectly assembled, and the two delivery guys were super sweet (bonus).
Bike experience: 5 stars of 5. I am the opposite of a world class athlete. Late middle aged sluggish female, very overweight. My doctor ordered me to exercise, for obvious reasons (28 pounds to lose, VO2Max can use a lot of improvement). However, I actually am excited to get on the bike (not my usual exercise experience, at all). Getting chased by the tiger turns out to be very entertaining. I am still in the beginner workouts, but looking forward to being able to do more, and now I believe it is possible. Two thumbs up.
