Caroline Mansfields identify was falsely used on Twitter earlier this week. The bot who impersonated her used a tweet to report fake news about NHS underutilised capacity in Barnet hospital. It was pure luck that I mentioned the tweet and a number of people got involved however it appears a negative posting to her trustpilot account was made. This posting I hope goes some way to help her explain what happened.

Hi Caroline, thank you for you kind reply. I know how difficult running a business is and the effect a negative review can have on moral especially when as a business owner so much work goes into delivering a first class service.

I have no hesitation if trust pilot wish to contact me in being able to provide a full explanation into the events that led to the circumstances that exposed a bot who was using your identity on twitter.

I first went to see Caroline two years ago and she helped me so much in fact if it wasn’t for her help and her professional advice I think I would help suffered a lot with my hormones and many other aspects of my health. She is very passionate in what she does and would highly recommend her everyone I know with similar symptoms of hormone problems that I went through.
