I booked paid for park and ride with this company, on the morning of the holiday they called and said they have upgraded us to meet and greet. So we were met at the train station drop off and the car was taken by a nice man to park. On return we got a text to say our car had broken down, they would pick us up and take us to our car. We were picked up on returning but I soon released I had been picked in another person s car , who had also left their lovely new car to go on holiday. The we were transported in had this person s belonging s in and I could have taken anything out of that car, as the driver left me in the car for 10 minutes while he got a key for the lock up where my car was. Then after 25 minutes drive ! I reached my car where it was you will never leave your car there again !!!! Insecure dump in accocks green , car park looked like it was condemned, I wish I could download the pics I took you would never believe it.

Great service, used few times already and will back for sure, best prices, friendly and professional staff, always on time.

Very easy and reliable service thankyou so much! And ideal getting the monorail to the airport is even quicker than waiting for the bus 😊

Being an anxious traveler I found this service very easy to use. As soon as I arrived the driver was there to pick up the car. 3 mins on the mini train to the airport. Arriving back once again the driver was there with my car … simple as that! Thankyou for your great service. I will definitely use this company again. 5 stars ,

Drop and go, arrive and collect. That's how simple the whole process, these guys make it looks like. And icing on top is the price i have paid for a week parking. My local council car park would have costed me more. Brilliant services quick response and professional people to deal with. Thank you

Arrived back and rang the number as per instructions. It says allow 20-30 mins for car to arrive. Both myself and my elderly mother are disabled. I have a blue badge in the vehicle so that would have been clear to the company. I was negotiating around other travellers pushing a rollator and a 4 wheeled case. I fell over on my way down to the valet parking. The walk was slow after that but from the zebra crossing I could see my vehicle in the car park with no-one in it or near it. All the way down there was no-one with it. I arrived at the vehicle, there was no-one there. I walked around a bit using my rollator, still no-one there. My elderly mother was sitting on her rollator at the boot of the car. I went into the office bit but they couldn’t help as it wasn’t maple parking. Came back out and started walking to the car when it started moving! Had a job trying to flag him down. He stopped across 2 parking bays and said he’d been waiting for me. I said I was waiting for him. If he was waiting why wasn’t he by the car? He said he said hello to my mum. If he did, why didn’t he say ‘I have the key to this car’ the car that my mum and suitcases were by the boot of! He practically threw the key at me and left. I drove the car round back to my mum. I said the man said he’d spoken to her, he didn’t. I knew she would have asked if he had the key if he’d have spoken to her. First time using this company, never again.

Your response doesn’t address the real issue that he said he spoke to my mum when he didn’t! If someone has the key to my car I expect him to be near my car. I don’t expect him to drive my car away when my mum is sitting by the boot of the car obviously waiting with the luggage!

We booked car parking to cover a short family holiday with flights from Birmingham Airport. From start to finish the service was excellent. Immediate confirmation received following booking with relatively clear instructions.

Good timely updates to ensure we were kept informed up until our morning of departure. Due to planned maintenance works at the car parking facility we were upgraded to the meet and greet service which was a welcome bonus.

We were provided with good contact details and further instructions on the morning of our outbound flight and as a result were able to meet our representative at Birmingham International Train Station, hand over the vehicle and use the free metro shuttle to the airport, arriving in plenty of time to check in for our flights.

On return, we called as advised on collecting our luggage, and by the time we had left the airport and returned via the shuttle, our car was ready and waiting.

Friendly and efficient service throughout and would definitely use this company again for the peace of mind they provided, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Very helpful man met us on time gave us useful information made the start of our holiday a pleasure also met us on time on our return no waiting around great service.

I have been trying to cancel my reservation for 3 days! They don't respond to messages, they don't answer the phone. Charged me £15 because customer service is non-existent! Don't try to cancel your reservation on their website, big scam!
