Proactive in communicating fitting timeframes and fitter was excellent including changing a floorboard.

Mark fitted carpets in my two bedrooms and provided a great service. The quality of the work was excellent, he left everything very tidy and he was very friendly and professional, working around the other work going on in the flat at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

Just had Mark and Harry fit our carpets and bathroom flooring. They were great and the job was excellent

I was patiently shown around the show room and the benefits of each of my prefered choices were explained to me. They were flexible and accomodative of our clients availability and they did an excellent install on the carpet and Amtico flooring we chose. I would highly reccommend, and will definitely be using them for all our projects moving forward.

Carpet City did us proud. Quality products, easy communications, straightforward pricing and a great team of workers. We felt our kitchen floor was in good hands from beginning to end and are delighted with the results. The attention to detail when fitting a new floor around existing radiators, skirting boards etc was much appreciated. They also kept disruption to a minimum which is not easy when fitting in the kitchen. Top marks!

Mark and Harry were great. Very professional and friendly guys from start to finish.
Advised on looking after the looped carpet to keep it looking its best.
Vacuumed and tidied the area once the job was completed.
All in all very good job would recommend.
