Their team guided me with genuine care, helped me choose the perfect style, and handled the installation with excellent craftsmanship. I’m truly satisfied with their quality and service, and I’ll confidently return for any future flooring needs.

We had so much help from Lina at Carpeteria after our house was flooded. Lina helped us replace the existing carpet and get the new carpet laid with a minimum of fuss. Carpeteria also have excellent experienced people to install the carpet and this was really appreciated.

We have had a wonderful experience at Carpeteria Carpet One, Jack, at the San Marcos store, is a superb salesperson who follows the entire purchase and installation process and cares about customer satisfaction. He found excellent, highly skilled installers, Lazaro and his two work persons who installed the carpeting in our home. The installation team laid the staircase carpeting perfectly, as they did the entire project, and even cleaned up afterward! It was our pleasure to receive such excellent service!

Friendly and knowledgeable service, helped us find a great carpet for a great price. Super flexible and accommodating for our install, we had to reschedule last minute and they bent over backwards to help. The install crew also did a fantastic job, very professional and left the place spotless when done. Highly recommend these guys!

I was in the escrow process and wanted to change out the flooring on my new home prior to moving in and taking possession. I walked into Carpeteria Carpet One and was warmly greeted by Robert Murphy. I knew nothing about flooring, except what I didn't like. Robert took the time to ask questions to learn about what I wanted, understand the style of the home and helped me explore several flooring options. Robert is professional, relatable, knowledgeable and dedicated. I always felt like his highest priority and most important client. Once he knew my criteria, he provided immediate recommendations on colors, styles and materials to consider. He opened up my aperture. Little did I know he is also an interior designer and his recommendations exceeded my expectations! I travel often and Robert was very responsive to emails with pictures of flooring samples, along with updated quotes. Knowing my timeline was very tight, Robert went out of his way to personally measure my floors and stairs very early on a Saturday morning. He was early for the appointment, brought several samples and took his time capturing every detail, measurement and unique angle. I shopped around, and spoke with several flooring stores. No one was as responsive and thorough as Robert. I had a quote within hours with great fidelity. Robert also guaranteed the work would be done prior to moving.

It wasn't just Robert who impressed me. The Project Manager was helpful in managing my expectations, and the installation team was on time and courteous. They were aware of my aggressive schedule and told me they would be done a few hours prior to the movers showing up. They worked extra hours and finished a day earlier than expected. The quality of the work did not suffer and we were beyond impressed with the outcome! Even in the days and weeks since finishing the flooring, Robert followed up to see how the floors were and if I had any concerns or questions. The entire process was stress free. From start to finish, and even beyond, Robert Murphy and Carpeteria Carpet One have you covered!

Robert Murphy was amazing! He was very pleasant to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable of what he does. He went above and beyond from sale to installation - making sure that things are done on time and correctly.

I was looking for flooring at the big-name places, assuming they would have the best prices. A friend recommended I check out Carpeteria Carpet One Floor & Home on Morena Blvd in San Diego. I incorrectly assumed a smaller business would have higher prices...I was wrong. Not only did I get the flooring I wanted at a good price, but the quality of service I received from the staff, specifically Sean Moran, was amazing. He listened to my needs and helped me pick out the perfect floor with ZERO pressure. He was there to give advise when I asked for it, and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I never thought I would say that about a home improvement project!

Now for the other important part...how it looks. They helped me find contractors to install the flooring and FAST. The flooring looks amazing. The guys who installed it were so nice and professional, I would have them back again in a heartbeat to do work.

If you desire excellent customer service when purchasing carpeting or flooring, we recommend that you contact Sean Moran at the Morena store. We purchased carpeting from him in April, 2013 and now again in December, 2016. He did everything that he could to make the process of selection and installation easy for us. He listened to our needs and recommended options, including hard surface floor options. He let us take home samples and answered questions about the alternatives. He seems very knowledgeable and is willing to do whatever is necessary to assist in helping us make the decisions without pressuring us. Both times on the day of installation, he came with the installers to ensure that things would go smoothly before leaving. The installation was very professional with even a supervisor stopping by to inspect. We are so grateful that the Carpeteria/Carpet One team worked so hard to try to eliminate stress and provide a very positive experience.

From the start to the finish I was impressed and our expectations exceeded with Carpet One! John Medina was very helpful, answered all my questions, and assisted us with the best carpet for our home. I really liked the extra steps they take in clean up and spraying a microbial before the new carpet was installed. Our family is very happy with the new carpet, the installation process and I really like the warranty. The guys that did the carpet were great. In and out in one day and it looks great. The hardwood floor crew did a great job on the floors but they were really sloppy with the baseboards and the caulk. It's uneven and spotty and smeared in places. It's the final detail and it's noticeably sloppy.

Sean Nolan was great. He showed me great costumer service and was there every step, answering all of my questions. The crew that came to the house did excellent work. My floors look amazing!
