After losing our home in a fire, it took four long years to rebuild, and having caring, compassionate professionals by our side during that process meant more than I can ever express.

From the beginning, the team at Carpet Express treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. In the middle of such a difficult journey, they brought comfort and reassurance every step of the way.

Linda, in particular, was extraordinary. When we discovered a manufacturing defect in the carpet in one of our larger rooms, she took charge immediately and guided us through the entire claim process from start to finish. She handled everything with incredible professionalism and compassion, including working with the manufacturer, coordinating shipping, arranging removal, and making sure the reinstallation was completed. She made a stressful situation feel manageable, and that kind of service is rare.

Wonderful customer service! Dennis not only offered me a lower price than what I saw online, he also searched to find the freight company with the lowest rates to get my flooring from Georgia to New York. Great experience. I will definitely go back to this company if I ever need flooring again!

Sonja was kind and patient as I sorted through multiple designs and face weights. She gave her opinion when necessary, and was thoughtful about how she did it. Southwestern was also amazing, delivered our items ON TIME, and always notified us when it’s been delivered.

Excellent quality, excellent phone service. My rep Sonja was attentive and proactive. Deliver was prompt and carrier (driver) was excellent. Dropped off right at the front porch even though they didn't have to. Installer complimented the carpet quality AND the pad.
