Ho prenotato tramite web fidandomi della loro piattaforma, ma è stata una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute. Il servizio clienti è inesistente o completamente inutile: ho provato a contattarli per risolvere un problema con la mia prenotazione e ho ricevuto risposte vaghe, evasive o semplicemente nessuna risposta.

Nonostante le evidenti mancanze E LA DOCUMENTAZIONE FORNITA, Cartrawler si è completamente lavata le mani rifiutando ogni responsabilità.

Evitate assolutamente questa piattaforma: in caso di problemi non avrete nessuno a cui rivolgervi. Affidatevi a servizi più seri, dove almeno esiste un minimo di tutela per il cliente.

Where to begin? The information sent via email was very basic with no important or useful information The meet and greet at the airport was no where to be seen. After finally finding the car rental desk it was unmanned. When someone finally arrived they refused to take my credit card for a deposit even though it was the same card I used to book online.
In the end I had to go with another rental company and was refused a refund from car-trawler, the actual company.

The car scan tool works but it comes up with four or more different problems that you don't have. Like in my case I had one problem my cam position sensor was bad and yes it was indicated to me by the tool but it also said fuel rail issues so I took that all apart for nothing and mass air flow sensor that I went and bought and that didnt fix the problem among other things. The whole idea of a diagnostic tool is to pinpoint the problen so you're not buying parts you dont need and playing guessing games which you end up doing with these anyway. I could have just guessed all the things it said without it and I paid more in parts I didnt need than I paid for the device. They can respond with whatever they want to say but the fact is you're no better off with it than you are without it. This has been proven .

Unser Flieger kam mit 8 Stunden Verspätung in Mexico-City an. Wir haben kein Fahrzeug erhalten obwohl wir den Vermieter noch über die verspätete Ankunft informieren konnten. Mit Hinweis auf das Kleingedruckte habe wir leider den Mietpreis nicht zurückerstattet bekommen!
Nie wieder mit Car-Scanner!!

Ездили с женой в Тайланд, чтобы быть на колесах обратились сюда, заказали машину "Ниссан Террано 2017 года". По приезду машину мы получили в срок и в хорошем, можно даже сказать отличном состоянии.Цена нас устраивала, хотя готовы были заплатить и больше, лишь бы нас не опрокинули с машиной. Все прошло хорошо, правда не успели вернуть ее в назначенный срок, за что заплатили не большой штраф.

Этим летом отдыхали с подругой неделю на Кипре. Хотелось посмотреть весь остров и поэтому заранее на сайте cars-scanner заказали машину. Оплатили картой без комиссии и заправленная машина ждала нас в аэропорту Ларнаки. Взяли Mitsubishi Mirage, с автоматом и кондиционером. Машина в отличном состоянии и недорогая цена аренды. Дороги на Кипре идеальные, посмотрели все города.

We have used car scanner for car rental in Bari, we have added second driver with credit card - to be honest we have NEVER in the EU needed car deposit (car rental NOLLEGAIRE). Of course there was a problem at the car rental place, it took ages until we have contacted the car scanner offices. The lady was nice but there was nothing she could do???? Why are you providing a service you cannot deliver?
We had to let our car rental money fall through and rent the car from other rental! DO not recommend, do not pay in front, they cannot do a thing, when there is a problem. Alwyas rent directly from the provider!!

We hadden 45 minuten vertraging in de lucht. Vluchtnummer bekend.
Goldcar was dicht. Niemand nam de telefoon op. Toen verwezen naar goldcar domestic terminal. Zelfde. Verwezen naar goldcar pickup. Zelfde. Uiteindelijk 2 uur later met een 4jarige een taxi moeten nemen voor 75 km. Volgende dag gebeld. Nee na 18.00 zijn we dicht en nemen we geen telefoon op. De boeking is gecancelled meneer: U kunt uw geld terug krijgen bij car trawler / car scanner. Nou mooi niet. Heel veel ellende en alles kwijt!!! En ook AXA travel doet niets.
Dit zijn gewoon dieven!!!
Oh ja ze zijn uiteraard ook niet bereikbaar....

I still haven't received the refund of 257 EUR. Company thinks that it is a bank, and it can leave my money for the whole month without explanation. I'm an expirienced traveler and no one company has such long refund policy. Also, decent conpanies do not hide such information when booking.

Awful company, fraudulent behavior. I have booked the car but the actual deposit was 3 times higher than during booking process, which is too high for me. So, I cancelled my booking on the same day. Than, customer support told me, that Refunds take 25 working days from the date of cancellation!!!!! I’m shocked, it is was not highlighted during booking process, I still have to make another booking but I have no money! Money will be on my account 2 weeks after my LAST vacation day, it is nonsense. It is not early-Covid time and I thing that such way of doing business is unethical!

Two weeks after my last review and I still have not received my money. Also, company does not answer on my letters.

В прошлом году, когда удалось втиснуться между карантинами, ездили в Грецию и арендовали авто в этой фирме. Забронировали заранее с возможностью все отменить бесплатно за сутки.
Прилетели в Афины, машина ждала в аэропорту как мы и просили, с детским креслом. Ездили по побережью 10 дней, вернули машину в аэропорт, никаких проблем не возникло за это время. Очень комфортный способ аренды, и стоимость за сутки небольшая.

Меня по работе частенько отправляют в командировки, и нужно на чем-то передвигаться. Было не просто найти хорошую компанию с прокатом машин но я справился. Обращаюсь теперь только сюда, они не подставляют и у них есть страховка. Так же все машины в отличном состоянии, если на ней есть какие либо повреждения они сразу об этом говорят, чтобы в дальнейшем не возникло вопросов.

That used to be my 1/3 time I had to rend a vehicle as my one was once in procedure of technical test. Actually my first rending journey two years in the past wasn't brilliant...ahah. I was once afraid of extra animal fur on the seats or some thing like this again. This time when I travveled in Poland, Warsaw, I've decided to lend from Cars scanner and it seemed nicely, my vehicle used to be smooth and fresh, I even felt a fine scent of dry cleaning. The rate used to be extra effortable than their rivals suggested. Although they gave me a savings as I back the automobile two days earlier, thanks for the service. You modified my thinking about auto borrowing.
