Cars 4 Less レビュー

I purchased a 2017 plate Kadjar a month ago and from the first email sent to sealing the deal, Nicole was wonderful. Even the aftersales have been amazing. There was 1 issues that Nicole quickly resolved for me and the issue has been rectified and I am 100% happy. When it is time to upgrade my girlfriends car, this is the place I will going to. I have nothing but incredible words to say about Cars4Less and Nicole. The mechanic I spoke to was also a wonderful man. Customer service is 2nd to none.

Bought a car from Nicole and what a credit to Cars 4 less she is.
Outstanding customer service. Bought an Audi A1 from them and what a perfect little car it is!

I Bought a car from Cars 4 Less at the weekend and had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole. She was absolutely superb and took the stress away from buying a car and made it an easy time for me. Not pushy at all like many other dealerships. Would highly recommend Cars 4 Less!

Purchased a car through Cars 4 Less and I can’t thank them enough for making it such a smooth process! Specifically thank you to Nicole for all her help from start to finish, she gave me lots of advice and put me at ease throughout the whole experience! Communication was excellent and they honestly can’t do enough for you. Really pleased with my car, thank you to the whole team!

Recently bought a car from Cars 4 Less, Nicole and the team were brilliant! I’m so pleased with the car, me and my partner love it! Will definitely be back and again and cannot recommend you guys enough.

Awful customer service. I traveled an hour to view a car having booked an appointment to find the appointment before me had bought the car. Why was I not told someone else was going to view so I could hold the vehicle. Waste of time and petrol money. Putting down a deposit to reserve the car was never offered to me during our short conversation on the phone and I can assure you the only thing that was offered was a twelve o clock appointment. Perhaps this is food for thought to offer a little bit more information on the phone conversation. The other review was from my daughter who came with me and as for the forecourt viewing it was a face to face appointment as was the customer before me. Was that legal when we were still in lockdown? Just accept the negative review and move on!

I went to view a car and had the pleasure of meeting Nicole. She was an absolute delight to deal with and within an hour of arriving, I had purchased a car, part exchanged mine, sorted the insurance and left. I would highly recommend Cars 4 Less.

Purchased an Audi last week, really pleased with it!
Easy and safe service from Carolyn. Would definitely recommend!

Went back to cars4less again to purchase another car and wasn't disappointed. Got a Hyundai Tuscon and I'm very happy with it, good price and great customer service from Nicole. I spotted some damage to one of the car doors and she had it made good, also the boot retractable inner cover was broken and again she sorted it out and she also ordered me a set of car mats for the car which were delivered to my home address👍👍👍 I highly recommend this company and I will always come back for another car when I need to. I find it hard to trust people as I've been ripped off before but this company is 100% honest and you get exactly what they say their going to get you and more.... Excellent, can't say no more.

I bought an Hyundai Tucson plate number KO66HVC for less then 10k at cars 4 less. My experience with them was really great, the staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks for all and wish you all the best.

I recently bought a VW Tiguan from Cars4Less.
From the outset I dealt with Nicole who I found to be extremely helpful ensuring that my purchase was both trouble free and efficient - delivering the vehicle in a spotless condition.
My vehicle developed a minor fault and Nicole kindly arranged for its swift repair at their cost.
I cannot recommend this company more and am grateful for Nicole’s friendly and professional manner.

I bought a car from Cars4Less earlier this week. Nicole was able to give me a detailed explanation of the car and gave a real personal experience. On arrival they followed all the relevant COVID guidelines which was great to see! The car was in an immaculate condition and was great value, drove perfectly all the way home and a great all round experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be looking at their stock again when I need a new car!

Dealing with Nicole throughout made the whole process seamless and stress free. At no point were there any pressure or sales tactics, just honest reassurance and professional courtesy. Hopefully i wont be in the market for a car in the near future, but if i were, i know where i'd look first! Thank you again. Ewan.

We bought a car yesterday from Nicole at Cars 4 Less and can thoroughly recommend this dealer. The whole experience from the initial phone call through to the purchase has been positive and pleasurable. We are really pleased with the car, thank you Cars 4 Less!

Called cars4less this morning and spoke to Nicole about a vehicle and she asked me if i could come in 1 hours time so they could get the car out for viewing. When i arrived i was greeted by Nicole and we had a short chat and she showed me where the car was.Everyone on sight was really helpful only coming to us when we wanted to know something. We were really impressed with the attention and help we got ,nothing at all high pressure. We have purchased the car and are collecting it in a weeks time.We would highly recommend this company to anyone onthe overall politeness and helpful knowledge of Nicole and the staff.Well done, many thanks Duncan & Jenny

Cars 4 Less were exceptionally helpful in all aspects of our car buying experience.

Nicole was great - booking an appointment, not pressuring us and acting quickly even on her day off

The car was delivered clean and in like new condition

Aftercare was also excellent as we had a query and were supported with a follow up phone call.

Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service from Nicole and Eddie. Didn’t rush me on a decision and let me look over the car as much as I liked. Really easy process with everything that’s going on and didn’t make it hard for me to purchase. Adhering to social distancing at all times! Couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks again!

Before purchasing a car from Cars4less I first read up on customer comments made on various review sites and all mentioned how they were made to feel welcome by Nicole who helped them through the buying process from start (test drive) to finish (paperwork) without feeling pressurised. From my own experience, I would agree with all the above and would have no hesitation in recommending buying a second hand car from Cars4less.

Very nice car, the price was good. Friendly staff who let me take as long as I liked looking over the car. The test drive was decent, and all my questions where answered.
Happy days - Rob and Lind - leicester
