Excellent service from start to finish. Initial enquiry dealt with efficiently. Able to take car for test drive at my own leisure. No pushy sales. I have bought a lot of cars and this was the nicest experience I have had. Thanks Richard

If there's a place to buy a car then this is it. Excellent service from both Eddie and Nichole. No pushy sales people and very happy with service. Any questions were happily dealt with. Thank you and definitely recommended by far! We also part ex my old car and got a great return. Thanks again.

Its one of the few car sales places that we have been to that was happy for us to take our time to walk around, look in any car and test drive. I was their with my 3 children and wife and i think we stayed for a couple of hours. We went away to think about a couple of cars first. The salesman wasn't rude or annoyed due to the amount of time we was at his site for. Then we went back and purchased an Audi A6 Avant 2008 and got a good deal. Highly recommended and i would use them again.

I bought an excellent ex-Motability car from Cars4Less. The vehicle was in great shape, with low mileage, for a terrific price. The customer service was second-to-none - I test-drove the car no fewer than three times, and asked lots of stupid questions. Nicole showed not only great forbearance but also great good humour.

Worth driving out to Ripley for the bargain, the quality, and the one-to-one customer care you get from a local operation like this. Cars4Less have certainly earned a five-star review and my seal of approval.

We purchased a 3yr old Golf. The sales experience was very relaxed, Eddie even let us take the car out on our own for a test drive. We loved the car and collected 3 days later from the very helpful Nicole. A few days later we found an issue with the Cruise Control sensor and we had to take the car into our local VW dealer. The issue wasn't covered by the Warranty company, however between them, Eddie and the VW dealership it was sorted without us getting involved, other than to book the car in then collect and forward the invoice. Would not hesitate to purchase again and recommend to others.
Thanks

From my arrival in Derby where the owner very kindly collected me from station to waving me off at my departure with my newly purchased VW Beetle the customer service was genuine & of a high standard. This family business is professional, attentive and warm.
I would highly recommend Cars 4 Less to family & friends.

When I first spoke to Nicole, with all my faffing, she understood me and supported me through the whole process especially travelling from London and having a 16week old. Love the car, didn't feel pressured into buying nor felt ignored. My questions were answered and the help is not 5 but 10 star rating.
Thank you Nicole and Cars4Less

After months of searching for the right car and place to buy it from I'm glad we came across it at Cars 4 Less. It was Nicole (the owner's daughter) that sorted everything from viewing the car to driving it away. We didn't once feel pressured to buy. We were left alone to look around the car and were able to test drive it too. All without the prying eyes of pushy sales people!!
Pleasant buying experience and even a follow up courtesy call a few days later asking if everything was ok....which it still is.
Would highly recommend.

A hassle free experience , very helpful in all aspects of buying a car . Nothing is too much trouble , any concerns or problems you can just give them a call . No hidden extras , no hidden fees , a real caring and personal service and a pleasure to do business with . Highly recommended .

Nicole the Owners Daughter of the garage ,was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
Only had the vehicle for two weeks, but upto now we are extremely happy with the purchase.

I dealt with Nicole and from start to finish she was professional, helpful and just all nice would highly recommend Cars 4 Less

Bought my car two weeks ago. Cannot fault the service I received from Nicole. She is totally professional, very pleasant, helped and advised on the transfer of number plate. Not a pushy sales person to be seen, just honest helpful advice. Have recommended to family and friends and would be more than happy to buy again when we need another car.

Really nice car and excellent aftercare provided, I
would wholly recommend them.

I bought a 2012 volkswagen golf bluemotion 1.6 tdi in March of this year from cars 4 less , I am very happy with the car and have had no problems with the car. I bought the car and had a 6000 mile warranty included in the sale of the car,I haven't needed to contact the garage in this time , I have driven over 6000 miles since it was purchased .I found eddie to be a man of his word the car was serviced and delivered on time .I would recommend this garage with no hesitation.

Great service very helpful would recommend

Recently bought the above car from Cars 4 less. We received an excellent service and are very happy with our new car. Highly recommended!! Thank you.

Was very pleased with the service given that made buying my new car very easy

Purchased a Corsa In February it was £500 cheaper and 2 years newer and half the mileage of the same model at a main dealer in derby and Eddie offed £300 more on my trade in. Eddie also gave a six month warranty. Four months later a warning light came on. NO worries Eddie took the car to main vauxhall dealers to investigate and fix. Eddie paid the bill. A genuine warranty. Such a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend Cars-4-Less to everyone.

As a single mum with no experience of cars, I was very nervous about car hunting. I have to say cars4less and particularly Eddie was so understanding and extremely helpful. He even collected me from local train station, then run me around to sort car tax and fuel. Thanku so much Lesley
