Natalie has given incredible customer service from our first enquiry, trying out different seats, delivering and fitting our chosen seat in person, to delivering excellent remote aftercare and advice. Cannot recommend her enough for a safe, personalised, lasting and detailed car seat safety service.

We couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you're experiencing multiples and dealing with the mine field of having to fit 3 on a car!

Within three days from initial contact we had tried out seats and placed our order which was sent out almost immediately and delivered less than 48 hours later. I can’t recommend car seat ninja enough, the knowledge and advice that was shared was invaluable and the customer service has been outstanding from initial contact, to follow up installation and fit checks. It will be a long while before our twins outgrow their seats, but when they do we will certainly be back.
