I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from Kearys Car Store, Little Island, Cork. I would highly recommend them.

The car I called about was sold so Eoghan arranged for a similar one to be brought down from Dublin for me to test drive.

I arranged to testdrive the car & decided to buy it. All throught the process, everyone I dealt with - Eoghan, Mark, Daniel, Warren & Paul - were very helpful in every aspect of buying the car. Eoghan arranged for it to be delivered to my home, which I really appreciated.

We bought a low mileage Mini Cooper from Kearys last June. 3 months later we had to replace the clutch. It was €1800 euro and thankfully they split the cost with us. However, we recently had an issue with the brakes. Our mechanic couldn't understand why the driver's side brakes had worn down but the left side was fine. After several days he figured out that the back brake pads on the driver's side had been put on the front and the front on the back. We attempted to contact them multiple times without response. They might be ok selling new cars, but AVOID of buying used cars from them unless you don't mind spending endless amounts of money fixing their lemons.

Saw the car I wanted on their website,went to view& exactly what was shown.In showroom condition,was late collecting it &salesman waited after hours which I really appreciated.Highly recommend.

I just bought a car on Good Friday. From start to finish the support and advice I got from Richard the sales person to Declan the service manager. Also have to mention Nikita. I did have a little issue with car on day one but that was sorted out very quickly. Declan the service manager left no stone unturned when dealing with me. He looked after everything and also went above and beyond to help further. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Love my new car, the service was excellent. I’d been let down by Joe Duffy kia and couldn’t believe the difference dealing with the lads at Kearys. Thanks lads

As a company, they are very successful. I haven't had any problems with their vehicles; this is my second car purchase, and I'm very satisfied. Sales consultant Simon is a dedicated employee, and the credit options are truly excellent. I bought a Japanese import from here. I got no warning from keary’s that there was no alarm on the car. I never would have considered this was possible.
thieves know that these are easy to steal and they are therefore a target. Those buying these cars are the only people who don’t know. I first realised after finding 2 would-be car thieves trying to start it in the night soon after buying it. I got to know the window replacement fitter well after it happened a second time.
I wouldn’t recommend Keary’s and would not use them again.
No after sales help/advice when the immobiliser fob stopped working and I was stranded. No return of my calls at all.
Had to fit an alarm, with a lot of difficulty with syncing the key fob with the alarm to the point where I couldn’t turn off the alarm at one point and had to call out a locksmith. Never had so much difficulty with one car

Superb to deal with. Rob is a lovely guy. It was a pleasure to deal with him through the trade in / sale process. Effortless process from trading in my 2021 beep beep to getting my lovely new car . Oh and great coffee and biscuits too. 😂

I’m absolutely stoked with my experience at Kearys CarStore in Dublin. Thanx to the incredible service from Phil 👌. Trading in my old car and upgrading to a Toyota C-HR 2017 was a breeze. Phil was on top of everything- super knowledgeable, transparent and worked tirelessly to get me and my husband the best deal. He answered all my ( many silly ) questions 😜, made the paperwork painless, and even threw in some extras. If you are looking 👀 for a hassle- free car buying experience, Kearys team and Phil are the way to go. I recommend them 👍🏾.

After three years, I decided to keep the same car. I'd been trying to contact someone about continuing the loan since February. When they found out I didn't want a new car, they ignored me. When I finally managed to contact the person handling the loans, my loan was almost up. After coordinating with the Finance manager, I emailed all the necessary documents for further financing. It turned out that my email was read just as the bank had already charged the entire loan amount for the car. This charged my account, creating a massive overdraft. After speaking with my bank, I managed to get my money back. I thought my stress was over. Unfortunately, a week later, the situation repeated itself. I had a massive overdraft again. I went to the dealership in person and waited an hour for the Finance manager to speak with me. During the conversation, he tried to blame me for not submitting the documents on time, and for the bank doing it without his knowledge. His incompetence was astounding. He couldn't explain his mistakes. He tried to discredit me by pretending he didn't understand me. Although, until now, no one had a problem selling me a car. After failing to resolve anything with this man, I was forced to handle the matter myself. As a result, my bank charged me twice the overdraft fee. Which is nothing compared to the stress I experienced twice!

Shaun in the limerick store was excellent, he went beyond the call of duty and provided the highest standard in customer service during the purchase of my opel mokka, and I’m sure the manager there was also excellent. Thank you again and when I change cars in the future I will return regards kate

I dealt with Eoghan Goggin and to say he couldn't do enough for us is an understatement. I have purchased many cars throughout the years and have never dealt with someone so diligent and quick to attend to our every needs.
We purchased a fab Audi A1 for our daughter and the car is perfect. i would highly recommend Eoghan to anyone who wants to deal in Kearys Car Store Cork.

I had a wonderful experience with Alan and the rest of the staff. Alan even went out of his way to deliver my car to my home and drop me back at work — really appreciated that!
I took the liberty to save 1 star, just because I’ve recently bought the car and want to see how things go throughout the year with the service they’ve promised. But so far, so good!

I will never buy a car here again!! I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona off Carstore less than a year ago. I have had nothing but issues since! When buying the car they have loads of time for you and will take your call no problem. As soon as there is an issue they go into hiding and don't return your calls. My first issue was tension belts and that cost over 1000 to fix and was only sorted cause under manufacturers warranty. Now less than a year after buying this car the engine has packed up on it. Carstore will not stand over it in anyway. LESS THAN A YEAR!! I would advice everyone to go elsewhere for a car even if you have to pay a little extra because its not worth it. This was my first and last time going here.

Just purchased a car from Kearys Car Store. Have to say I couldn’t rate them high enough! Was dealing with Phil and he went above and beyond for us. Such a professional and lovely man to deal with.i told him what I was interested in and he had it for me in no time. Phil had everything sorted for me when I arrived to collect my car with no delays and was soo helpful so can’t thank him enough! Also want to thank Mandy who was so helpful and friendly on arrival to collect my new car. I highly recommend as Phil made the sale so easy and pleasant so thanks again!

Got a car from kearys car store in limerick just 2 years ago costing me 23 grand or around that since i got it,it has been nothing but trouble over the 2 years i have 6 grand spent on that car and also still paying for the car 415€ monthly after a month having the car i needed to get new disc are they were worn off which was ok they changed it for me ( the car supposed to have a 365 inspection which it definitely wasn’t done in my opinion) the next month a ticking noise started in my car rang them told me to come and they will have a look give me another car for time being told me they don’t know what’s wrong with it . A person that is not even a mechanic told me it was timing chain ! got my car back with nothing being done about it. a week later rang them again and told them it was timing chain they said come down again and they will fix it , give me another car for the time being took them a week and the car came back the same ! nothing has changed in it but also destroyed my alloys! Maybe a day or 2 after my warranty was up my car started loosing power they told me to come up i said i can’t cause it was dangerous to drive the car (an hour or so drive )they can have a look but i will have to pay for it out of my own money i said i’ll bring it up to my own mechanic thats only down the road turn out to be the whole gearbox and all electric which costed me €3700 and new clutch on top of that . all i got was sorry your car is out of warranty we can’t do anything about it . No help whatsoever. I’ve all the papers what has been done in the car . The ticking noise was still there and they have fully convinced me that the timing chain was done it’s just the sound of the car so my mechanic checked and he said it’s just the way the belt is working and i had my mechanic convinced that the timing chain was done and told me not to worry about it as i have been told by mechanics in kearys car store! last week was getting my service done in another mechanics and told him to sort out the ticking noise as the car didn’t sound too healthy at all and to be told by mechanics that my car didn’t have a TIMING CHAIN DONE for good few years and what they done to my car was put old parts into it from few different types of cars and some didn’t even have the dates on the parts and my cars was overheating and when i was doing long journeys another thousand gone on timing chain, water pump , and fan belt and ticking noise is gone and the car sounds healthy for once . For paying so much for a car every month you wouldn't want to be spending all your savings to get the car done up i’ve bassiacly have new gearbox all new electric new clutch timing chain you name it . They were no help whatsoever and as a young adult to be working just for the car . My first and last time buying of kearys car store as they sell broken cars and they don’t even fix them under warranty !
