I’ve had bad subscription experiences before so I checked everything twice here lol. But yeah nothing weird happened. Billing is clear and easy to understand. That’s enough for me.

just wanted something simple and that’s what I got. No complications anywhere.

I am trying to contact cart Cartclick.co in order to cancel an invalid subscription. They have on their website what appears to be a method of contacting them to complain. However, they say my e-mail address is invalid (I have tried two valid e-mail addresses) and that I am not giving them my mobile details in the correct format (but they do not say exactly what format they require). I have tried several options but they don't accept any of them! Clearly this company is intent on scamming potential customers and I shall be contacting my bank to report this scam shortly. I recommend avoiding Cartclick!

Ein derartiges Vorgehen halte ich für höchst unseriös und intransparent. Von einem seriösen Anbieter erwarte ich eine eindeutige und unmissverständliche Zustimmung zu wiederkehrenden Zahlungen – alles andere wirkt wie eine gezielte Täuschung von Kunden.

Besonders problematisch ist zudem, dass keinerlei hilfreicher Support vorhanden ist. Statt Unterstützung zu erhalten, wird man gezwungen, sich eigenständig an PayPal zu wenden, um unberechtigte Abbuchungen zu klären.
Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier etwas zu bestellen. Prüfen Sie jedes Detail äußerst genau – oder sehen Sie besser ganz von einem Kauf ab.
