James from Carter Travel picked up 4 of us from 2 addresses in hedge end/ eastleigh and took us to gatwick early morning. he picked us up 2 weeks later late at night and took us home. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and both journeys were a pleasure. A far better service than taking your own car.

We’ve used Carter Travel on several occasions to take us and our guests to Ascot Racecourse. Impeccable service and attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble. The drivers are so friendly and polite, couldn’t ask for more really. Will definitely continue to use and would highly recommend them to others

We recently used Carter Travel when travelling from Heathrow to Winchester with our young family. The service throughout was outstanding. Communication on booking and on arrival at the airport was seamless. The car was extremely clean, comfortable and it was clear that safety was a priority with a range of car seats included as requested. 7th December I was making use of our company corporate tickets at Villa Park. I needed to organise travel for my myself, on crutches after foot surgery 3 weeks ago. And 7 clients. Train tickets were extortionate and my need to hop the least distance. Murray and carter travel was recommended by a few friends. I asked Murray for a quote As well as two others. Murray contacted me and gave me a quote very quickly. His price ended up being the best by a good amount and in my opinion a very fair price. Due to the severity of my fractures and surgery/hospital visits. Murray was very understanding of my late replies and never failed to ask after my health.

On the day Murray himself arrived on time, vehicle was very clean and well looked after with enough room for myself and 7 others. The journey has no driving issues, unfortunately for Murray he was stitched up having the loudest passenger next to him who has been on a Xmas do the prior night! Murray took and gave his fair share of banter whilst I frequently apologised! We'd arrived later than anticipated but that was expected due to a storm and the weak bladders of his passengers! Murray got us as close to the ground as possible leave plenty of time for liquid refreshment. We agreed a pick up point and time for after, and were it not for traffic it would be fine. More time for us to embrace the locals! Unfortunately Murray again suffered earache on the drive back. However I also joined him in solidarity! Trip back again very smooth, Murray kindly offered to take myself and a few others to our houses as it was near him. I would recommend Carter Travel to anyone looking for private hire and transfer services. I will be recommending to other managers in our area as well.

A very friendly and punctual service. Travelled to and from the airport in a group of 8, the mini bus was very comfortable, spacious and clean, we would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again.

We engaged Carter travel for our return trip to Twickenham stadium for the Rugby. Our driver Joe was excellent. He was very professional and made sure he looked after our needs. He made sure we were comfortable and got us to our destination on time. On the return he kept us well informed as to where we would meet up and estimated time as Twickenham is very busy post England games. We would not hesitate to recommend Carter travel to anybody and will be using them again in the future

Our driver James took us from Locks Heath to Heathrow (in dreadful rain) and back again (in dreadful rain) to start my 50th birthday holiday to Canada with my husband. James and Carter Travel Company made the whole journey simple, relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable with no worry about having to park the car or drive in the horrible conditions, especially returning after a long overnight flight back from Canada.

We had impeccable updates and communication from CTC both before our collection to get to Heathrow and on our return showing they were clearly monitoring both of our return connecting flights, and providing a real reassurance in advance of arriving back in the UK. We were met on time despite an early arrival and we were given clear directions where to meet on our arrival back.

The vehicles are clean, smart and very comfortable and the drivers professional, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to be driven by.

We were a group of 6 adults with 6 large suitcases and hand luggage that needed a travel company that could accommodate all our baggage and adults comfortably between East Hampshire and London Gatwick. Both vehicles in the fleet could accommodate both luggage and adults, there was ample leg space, air conditioning and a nice touch of bottled water for the journey. It was no trouble to stop en route for a toilet stop!

From the initial booking, through to pick up and the final drop off home we received quick, clear and professional communication. Our booking was followed up with email confirmation, and on the day of travel two text messages that confirmed the driver was on route and had arrived. It was a stress-free return and the home transfer was a breeze due to the text that confirmed where pickup would be once out of the terminal building.

The journey was smooth and relaxing and all persons felt safe and looked after throughout both pickup and drop off journeys.

It made such a change to be dropped off at the airport with well wishes to have a safe and enjoyable holiday, with welcome home wishes on return and a big smile on arrival at London Gatwick.

Really prompt response to enquiry and fair price agreed for airport run with multiple pick ups for 7 adults. Dealt with change of airport/holiday arrangements( original villa double booked) with complete understanding and support.Arrangements for pick up clear, well communicated and followed to the letter and the return trip all went to plan and on time with reassuring texts received in advance.Have already referred further family members who travel soon.
