I would of put 0 if I could.
Please do not purchase from this website, it is a scam, you will not recieve your goods or a refund. The email on there website doesn't exist when you try to email it. The one email I do have, I've had 5 ignored emails upon requesting either a delivery of my item or a refund.
Filing a chargeback with my bank and having to wait 30 days to do so because they didn't specify a deliver delivery date, but I will be getting my money back. Contacted trading standards too.

We ordered a tumble dryer, £140, at the beginning of March.
Nothing delivered and not able to.contact the company.
They also trade under different names, website the same for each one.
Total scam, just waiting for the money to be returned through our bank.
As the saying goes, if it looks too good to be true then its a scam!

I ordered a tumble dryer on the 13th march. Had absolutely no response from the company.. website now down and my order has disappeared from yhe shop delivery site. I hsve paid through a 3rd party company so not lost all of my money and they are investigating this..

This company are using QARTOOL as a cover done me for 140 and they put me through to shop now nothing coming through

Ordered a Launch Key Programmer from Cartool.co.uk. Dispatch seemed a little slow and the negative reviews on here made me nervous, so chased up and got an immediate response, obviously accounting for the time difference. Angela at Cartool confirmed dispatch and sent tracking details. Package arrived next day via Royal Mail. Tested and all seems good. Very happy and would likely use them again.

I have bought several items from Cartool now, and have been most impressed with the service received. All products ordered have arrived promptly and well packaged to protect from any damage in transit.
They are cheaper than anywhere else I have looked too which is always a good thing!
I have been dealing with their agent Angela, who is always available via WhatsApp, and is extremely helpful too. I can't recommend Cartool highly enough!

Same company as autool etc,,,,cheap chinese stuff,itl work for a while, an its cheap....not the best company,even when u buy their slightly better stuff they try n fob u off with the cheap rubbish.got my cash back in the end, their warranty is a lie

So, got a TOPDON 600S
Doesn’t find my car in auto scan and mentioned this in the review and was contacted by customer service - then the problems began …..
They told me several times the reason for this was my car was too old at 2004. I told them several times this car wasn’t even made in 2004 and it was actually 2018.
According to them the VIN number the device is finding is from a 2004 car, how that is possible from a 2018 car I have no idea. The car wasn’t even available in 2004
It’s obviously just cheap Chinese rubbish
They try to look professional after purchase with constant updates about your order, but my product is not fit for purpose

Ordered the Xhorse XP-007 key cutting machine , arrived quickly and well packaged , excellent communication, cutting key blades like slicing through butter , 100% 👍

I have ordered diagnostic tool from this company and after reading the reviews I was very anxious but I have ordered anyway and I must say I had excellent experience it has arrived next day by DPD I have registered my product and downloaded latest software NO PROBLEM I have paid with my PayPal for peace of mind

Do not order anything from this place never sent my tool never answered no question waste of time and money run fast away from this garbage company in china

I have just received a tool from Cartool. Found a good service, great experience, fast response. And was a helpful nature for support.

When I was looking for a diagnostic tool I wanted to make sure it would do my cars as well as others. I knew my cars did not work with most scanners. I got great advice from Jacqueline on the Topdon and had it confirmed it would do my vehicles. After buying it I found it easy to use. A minor point is give it 30 minutes after activating it before using it. I didn’t, and the Bluetooth link did not work initially. After an hour I tried it on my daughters car. It all worked fine. I then tried it on all our other vehicles. Great easy to use. Found some fault codes I was not aware of. So great communications, very helpful, great product at a good price, quick postage. Thanks, much appreciated.

I have just received another tool from these guys,, found a good service, the unit works perfectly and i was able to update it online straight away,
I will use them again, thank you

I bought a ap200 from them which is faulty but the won't even answer emails to get things fixed or a refund an utterly appalling company that once sold the product don't want to know you. Steer clear at all costs
