Very efficiwnt and attent to the whole procedure

Straight forward listing along with updates and the final auction result. Arranging collection with the buyer was fine.

Instead of travelling to to my local dealership, I received some very competitive offers. Far better than my local dealership. Easier than expected and it took the faff out of car buying.

It was all pretty straightforward, the buyer came the next day, we agreed a price that I was happy with, he paid straight away and took the car. It saved advertising privately and wasting time with 'tyre kickers' and other who don't turn up to view. I've always part exchanged when buying a new car and
having a company overseeing the sale is a relief when this is the first time I've sold a car this way.

Straight forward process, details logged, bids came in, collection arranged, money in bank.

Would have liked more options to reject offer as under the value carwow estimated but it was fuss free and quick.

Overall really pleased with the experience.

Car wow was good and kept me informed but their sister company Motor Trade Logistics who collect your car once sale has been agreed was not good. having agreed a morning collection date this company changed the time without consultation and were subsequently totally unhelpful.

Good experience, except that the buyer insisted that I needed to pay for a new Nox sensor which was £600 ???

As a first time user of online car sales I was initially a little sceptical but Carwow proved to be a simple and professional process with each step clearly indicated with helpful tips and advice.
We provided all the information require with plenty of photos to support the condition of the vehicle and the auction achieved above the reserve.
The dealer was equally well organised and the inspection, sale and payment passed efficiently without any issues.
I would definitely recommend Carwow.

Nice and easy experience selling the car. Everything is taken care of by Carwow in terms of what you need to do. Only downside for me was after the vehicle sold, it took a while for collection of the vehicle to be arranged which affected us when buying our new car as we had to wait for funds. Apart from that is was really easy and would use again in the future.
